Very nice.
Pros:

Loved getting the corner room, 903, with a view of the clock tower and the trains going through Queens Plaza.

Cons:

No gasket on one shower door, so water leaked profusely out of the shower. Notified the front desk when we checked out.

Room door could not lock, hotel did not understand the problem.
Pros:

The blackout curtains in the rooms work really well & the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I arrived late due to air delays, and I received a different type of room than reserved. The room door could not be locked, the room was dirty (roaches, broken tiles and stains in the carpet). Reception said they couldn't do anything as they are sold out - yet you could still reserve rooms online for that night. They sent the security Person over who told me that the lock is not supposed to work and only use the security flap lock. Also the remark that nothing would happen because they were there was nonsense - they sat downstairs and not in front of my door. They promised to move me in the morning, but when I inquired in the morning this was a problem. Eventually they did move me but I needed to insist. The new room was fine.

Pros:

Ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro y con ruta directa al aeropuerto.

Cons:

El aseo de la habitacion la hacen cada 2 dias o por demanda.

Pros:

The eggs at breakfast was ok...seriously im struggling to find a good thing to say...
The lady at the breakfast was nice even though she is always in a hurry to hand us the bill...seems she needs to be somewhere at a certain time in the morning everyday.

Cons:

Elevator is old and half the time goes down instead of up or up instead of down
The staff at reception simply refused to be bothered
The room was damp, old and not so clean
There is no shower handle.
Extremely expensive for what you pay and even in the World cup season
Not the best location, to anywhere really.
They clean only once every two days and when they did, they left the entire trashbins still unemptied... seems whoever was cleaning dropped everything and left...and that was it. Luckily it was just for 3 nights and that's two nights too many.
