O hotel apresentava mau cheiro desde a recepção até o quarto, o que causou uma péssima primeira impressão.
O isolamento acústico é muito ruim: ouvíamos claramente barulhos de outros quartos, comprometendo o descanso.
O serviço, de forma geral, foi insatisfatório. Pagamos por acomodação para 4 pessoas, porém todos os dias precisávamos solicitar toalhas adicionais, pois não eram repostas corretamente.
Além disso, os itens de higiene e o café não eram repostos, mesmo após solicitações.
Infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas nem ao valor pago.
The staff was extremely accommodating with every request I had.
I found the mattress a bit soft and woke up sore every morning.
The room was a little cramped, with the sleeper open- it was impossible to walk around. The bed was so close to the closet door that I kept hitting myself with the closet door handles just getting out of the bed.
Everything else was great!
The staff were unbelievably helpful and pleasant and very knowledgeable. The food was outstanding, from the breakfast to the restaurant that offered dinner. The overall appearance and cleanliness was top notch. The extra touches that were provided were a welcome addition. Example : offering cookies and flavored water in the lobby, holding our luggage until the room was ready because we got there early. We would definitely stay here again.

Accueille très chaleureux de la part de Mélanie, lors du check-in et check-out dans l’établissement. Elle était très à l’écoute sur notre bien-être et également notre réussite du séjour.
L’hôtel est parfaitement bien placé si vous souhaitez visiter New York et voir les attractions à proximité. Deux supermarché sont collés à l’hôtel, ce qui permet de manger hors snack. La station de métro est collée au Hilton, ce qui permet de se rendre à différentes destinations très rapidement.

Esperienza molto negativa dall’inizio alla fine.
Prima dell’arrivo abbiamo contattato l’hotel perché su Booking era indicato un check-in flessibile. Ci è stato confermato che avremmo potuto entrare prima, considerando che arrivavamo dopo oltre 27 ore di viaggio in auto. Al nostro arrivo, però, nulla di quanto concordato è stato rispettato.
Non ci è stato permesso accedere alle camere prima delle 15:00 e hanno tentato di applicare un prezzo diverso da quello confermato su Booking, giustificandolo con “tasse differenti”. Ci sono stati addebitati 90 $ extra di tasse già incluse nel prezzo finale della prenotazione, senza alcuna indicazione sulla piattaforma.
Inoltre, è stata richiesta una cauzione di 300 $, mentre su Booking era chiaramente indicata come 200 $. Hanno anche cercato di farci pagare 23 $ in più a persona al giorno per la colazione, nonostante fosse già prenotata.
La pulizia della camera non è giornaliera e questa informazione non è riportata su Booking. Di fronte a tutti questi problemi, il personale non ha offerto alcuna soluzione, limitandosi a dirci di contattare direttamente Booking.
Utilizziamo spesso questa piattaforma e non ci era mai capitata una situazione simile. Dopo un soggiorno molto positivo in un altro Hilton a Orlando, avevamo scelto con fiducia la stessa catena per New York. Delusione totale.
