Good experience
Pros:

The breakfast was great, and the surrounding area is convenient. There is a subway station right outside with direct access to Manhattan and JFK Airport. Getting to LGA Airport is also fairly easy by taking the subway and transferring to the free shuttle bus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel to the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

A very special thank you to Shavon N. Mobley for being so helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Your kindness truly made a difference and made us feel very well taken care of. ❤️

And a big thank you to Brian as well, such a lovely, kind, and friendly guy! Always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed anything. People like Shavon and Brian really make a hotel stay special.

Pulizia e confort: arrivati in camera mi accorgo che qualcuno si era appoggiato sul letto dopo averlo preparato o comunque prima che io entrassi , il lavandino rotto non permetteva all’acqua di defluire , stanza vicino all’erogatore del ghiaccio con rumore costante durante la notte…

I like so much about the hotel experience, I plan to stay there every time I go to New York.
Pros:

It was obviously a popular place because people were always going in or out or using the front sitting area. I liked that it felt welcoming.

Cons:

The wait for the elevator was a bit long.

Pros:

The location is great, very close to the subway and with several groceries and stores around.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, specifically if you book a double room with sofa bed.. there is phisically no space to walk. We did ask to change room but unfortunately the hotel was full, just something to consider. The staff is great

Excellent stay. Affordable, clean and great location
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Bartender was great and gave us tips for the surrounding areas (bars, restaurants etc). Good price considering we went during world cup. Right near subway station. Really happy with the whole experience.

Cons:

During a busy period we had to wait ages for the lift as we were floor 14. But only a small issue really.
