Pros:

One of my favorite hotels. We stay there often on our way to Puerto Valletta.

Cons:

The hotel needs to install some grab bars in the male public restrooms and a few rooms. Currently, only one female public restroom has a grab bar. The combination of low profile toilets and no grab bars makes for a very difficult situation for older folks. I won't return to the hotel until they assure me that some action has been taken.

Gorgeous! No complaints about the property. Absolutely stunning.

Cons:

There was NOTHING OPEN from the moment I drove into the town, walked over 1/2 hour around hunting for dinner and a beverage. It was just after 11 PM and not one thing in that town was open except the hotel lobby, where I was allegedly to stay. The properties amazing, it’s just that a town like tequila should have something open past 11:30 PM. I traveled all day and I was starving and really just wanted a tequila or three to calm my nerves from driving in Mexico when I’m not used to driving in Mexico or especially at night.

Cons:

Mucho ruido durante toda la noche. Tacones de mujeres sonando por los pisos, peleas a un lado de mi habitación, gritos de gente que venía de la fiesta, no me dejaron dormir en toda la noche.
