The hotel was CLEAN, and the service was outstanding. I stayed for a few nights for a business trip and even though I wasn't there long, the staff was amazing.

The key door kept alarming all night long in the hotel did not have staff to fix it.

Great, experience! Nadya, Dalmonte, Zo, and Maintenance team have been outstanding. Shoutout to Charles! Literally, has been nothing short of AMAZING. Great hospitality team to be around, providing excellent customer service, and care for my stay in Virginia. Marriott, is still in business due to such a team like this! Thank you, I will be back!

The inside extra lock thing on the door was broken. The pool was locked and they had no reason why.

Bedroom was great. There was no air conditioning in the living room area and 95° outside. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. I was double charged for the room. I have called 3 times so far and they keep saying I was not double charged and to wait 14 days for a refund (even though I wasn’t double charged). It has now been 14 days with no refund.

Spacious rooms and quiet!

The first night we stayed there I saw one roach in the bathroom. I told the manager, Nadya , the next day of which she said they will spray while we were out. Three night later my husband saw two roaches running around in the kitchen on the counter top. Since we were ckg out the next day he didn't say anything to me until we were on our way home. I called Nayda again and told her we had more roaches. She said she would take care of the room (even if she had to pay for it herself). Our room was paid with pts from a friend and we paid for one night. To date she did NOT do what she said. No credit for that Friday night. But she wanted me to give her a good review not mentioning the roaches in my review. I phoned Corporate yesterday and reported her actions and that the place had roaches!

Your staff was superb. Room was lovely and well apportioned. Efficiency kitchen is just what a traveler needs on extended stays. Food was 1st rate and servers were very accommodating. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive to our group’s needs. Thank you.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our team! They were super kind and very tolerant of all the kids and families!
