It is as others describe it!
Pros:

The property was as others have described it. It was impeccably clean and well presented.

Cons:

Nothing really not to like . If I was being really picky the lack of reception staff and personal welcome was a bit of a let down but it does not detract from the quality of what was on offer

I felt it was a little overpriced for Cleethorpes, but given its location, perhaps that is the going rate, first time I

Close to the beach and very clean
Fridge, fan and hot drink facilities in room.
Always good to have complimentary water

Cons:

I expected a little more room for a superior double room.
Didn’t feel superior.
Nice touch to have the fan in the room as it was a really hot night
