Great time be back
Pros:

Rooms excellent clean and well equipped everything you need. Breakfast again excellent staff couldn't be more helpful. Location fantastic everything in walking distance lovely stay x

Bit disappointed

Clean and tidy room and bathroom

Cons:

That it wasn't manned , I was expecting a traditional b n b but it was just a let yourself in building.
The room was smaller than it looked in the photos.
Breakfast wasn't great. Most things are overcooked. Coffee is weak.

Cheap & cheerful, has everything you need. Ideal location. Communication with owner good
Pros:

Close to amenities, quiet area. Clean & tidy, plenty tea, coffee making facilities. Staff friendly. No trouble

A very comfortable ‘hotel/boarding house’
Pros:

This is as a very well located, comfortable hotel, possibly better described as a ‘boarding house’. The bedroom was small but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was well equipped with an iron and ironing board.
The breakfast was excellent although the breakfast room was as a little cramped.

Cons:

The bedroom was small but not uncomfortably so. There is a lot of civil engineering work going on behind the promenade which restricts where you can walk and is very ugly.
It’s due to be completed in 2027.

Very pleasant stay will defiantly go again and book for longer and take family
Pros:

Property was clean and comfortable rooms where made really cosy the owner making breakfast was very friendly and helpful a real credit to the hotel

Cons:

Property was lovely only downside was balcony view was not beachfront view as expected but still nice just needs a little more clarity on wedsite that your not looking directly out to sea
