Spa desnecessário
Pros:

Localização, cordialidade dos funcionários e limpeza

Cons:

Cons:

péssimo atendimento

satisfactory. for the services and fees for a 4 star property, it can do better
Pros:

The Location is Secure, great views outside. heavy police presence on the daily.

Cons:

The reception staff are not trained for international guest relations. Conversations and requests go stale and lost in translation. the room phone doesnt work and was not attended to despite reminders at the reception.
The towels carry a smell but since Ive noticed guest take the towels to the beach, im not surprised.
ventilation in the room can be better.
gym has outdated equipments.
cleaning staff were exceptional so were the security personnel.
