Sehr vernünftiges Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt in Gangnam und nur wenige Minuten von der Metrostation Yeoksam entfernt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Essen und Getränke konnte man sich ständig im Erdgeschoss holen!

Cons:

Toilette und Klimaanlage waren leider defekt!

Хороший отель, расположен на зеленой ветке, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Район рабочий и поэтому не перенаселенный, что очень радует - можно сесть в ресторане и поесть без стояния в очереди. На первом этаже круглосуточный снэк бар - станция для заваривания лапши, чай, кофе и тосты. Бутилированная вода, газировка. Скромно, но удобно. Завтракали в расположенном Egg Drop - очень рекомендую

Cons:

В отеле не идеальная чистота, но все вполне прилично. По запросу убирают комнату - выносят мусор, меняют полотенца и постельное белье полностью

Pros:

Check in and out process was super fast! Staffs were friendly and helped us out a lot.Room was as described. It had great views, comfortable bed, chair. Location is perfect. Would stay here again

No next time also booking.com is bad

Since my arrival will be different with another guest, that was one day later, I contacted the hotel staff through booking.com messaging to property and requesting the second key card when I arrived on the second day. The hotel replied that they could give me the second key card while I could provide the reservation details. I was arrived at the hotel before 2000, the reception staff was unable to find out my reservation and we already wasted almost 15mins. While I explained to the staff, my room reserved by another name and I am the second guest, I gave him the booking.com reservation details as promised, he found the booking and said it already checked in. The staff was unable to understand English. I further explained once again, I was the second guest and I need one more key card, then staff said the hotel only could provide one key card. Since my roommate was outside and no one could help me, I tried to reach out booking.com customer service, and sharing the bad experience. I only could get the first meaningless reply after 5 days and final reply after 10 days. The "sincerely apologize" was totally rubbish. I was frustrating especially after had informed the hotel about the second guest's late check-in and requested an additional key card. The hotel promised but unfortunately it was failed. My time is valuable, and I can't go to another place while I was carrying luggage while waiting formy roommate to arrive. It was seriously wasting my travelling time and I was waited for 3 hours for my roommate came back. The hotel did not find any resolution for this issue. Booking.com was unable to help and the customer service is the slowest in the world. I am disappointed and will not use booking.com anymore.
For the hotel, no next time and don't recommend to others!

Smelly room
Pros:

The room had a very bad smell. I left the window open for a while, but it did not help. I think it's coming from the sink or the toilet.
But I was too tired to complain and switch room.
I was there for one night.
I also did not like having to give my car key to them.
The location is good. Not far from a subway station.
