I'd like to say a special thank you to all the staff including May, Alice and Vivi for making my stay a very special one. They all work together to look after the hotel guests with exceptional and genuine customer service
My room was wonderful, great bed, pillows and sheets and the balcony was a bonus where I watched the sun rise and set each day.
Breakfast was always good. The shuttle bus service to and from An Bang beach was a bonus. The free bikes were also great and I used them everyday. I didn"t use the pool because I went to the beach but the gym was handy as I like to exetcise. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quaint cozy boutique hotel. French Indochine style in Hoi An. Clean and safe. Great central location. Can walk everywhere from hotel. Wonderful breakfast included. Excellent customer service with many smiles! Alice and May at the front desk were amazing and helpful! Alice and May delivered “ above and beyond “ customer service. Would highly recommend.
