Good location and stuff, but needs better upkeep
Pros:

The hotel is very close to one of the entrances to Kaziranga NP and the staff will help u fix up the safari rides. Also its located on the highway, so taking the bus from Guwahati or back is typically easy. The best thing about the place was the friendliness of the staff. On the way back the bus I had booked did not stop at the hotel (although lots of other buses did). The staff waited in the sun with me till the bus I had booked even turned up and then when it did not stop they called another bus guy and ensured that I got transport back to Guwahati. The room was clean although somewhat expensive. However in one place in the roof I found noticeable trails of water leakage and once there was a giant spider in the room. The staff of course immediately came to remove it. All in all I was happy with the place.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Exactly how it is described in the hotel website n more better actually. Definitely going to recommend to my friends to stay there. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the lawn and the whole surrounding of the hotel.

United 21 Grasslands in May
Pros:

Had a one day stay at United Grasslands 21 with family. May thru Oct is the off-season for Kaziranga National Park. You'd be lucky to get yourself a jeep ride once it starts raining regularly. The stay at the hotel was good. We chose an Executive room (lowest in the range) - Molina. Bed was comfortable. Bath was clean and nice. No food options available around. The restaurant food (I think it was called Turmeric) was not something to rave about. Stick to your standard dishes and you may not be disappointed, except for the price may be.

Wish I had a longer stay to enjoy the Gym and Pool, etc.
