Kit Kemp cashes out
Pros:

I have loved this hotel for years and will, sadly, never come back. The quality of everything has taken a nose dive. It took 45 minutes to get 4 inches of warm water into the bath. I asked the front desk to check and they said housekeeping says it's fine. So it's my fault. The food has gone downhill, which is presumably why no one is in the resto on a Friday night. I literally feel bad for the staff who carry on like all is normal, like this is the same hotel. "Sorry madam, we stopped with the bath salts about a year and a half ago." "Sorry madam, sorry madam, sorry madam." Sorry is right. I'm sorry, too! As I will have to find a hotel group who still cares about their guest experience instead of cashing out. Kit and Tim are lining their purses with silk while we waste precious time on vacation waiting for the tub to fill.

Best hotel
Pros:

Another great stay at the Covent Garden Hotel … the reason why we keep coming back is that “nothing is too much trouble”…. Need something off the menu for the children … no problem …. Need a last minute Mothers Day gift …. Not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay over and into Morhers Day… We’ll be back very soon!

British service at its best with this beauty!
Pros:

What an extraordinary place! My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for 3 nights as we celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary. We hail from Melbourne , Australia and this was our third city in two weeks.
We were blown away by the beautifully decorated spaces throughout the hotel and all the thoughtful touches.
The real star of the show however was the most incredible staff. Every one of them was so warm and accomodating. We have never experienced anything like it. Clearly, the staff not only love what they do but they love working together. This is for us, what you want to experience when travelling.
We were so sad to leave. It truly is like visiting an old friend.
To all the staff, thank you , thank you!! You made our stay truly magical.
You should all be so proud of what you have created . We can’t wait to visit again.

Cet hôtel a laissé un incroyable souvenir pour ma famille
Pros:

Tout était parfait et mieux que j'espérais...
Les chambres étaient incroyablement décorés et avec de grandes fenêtres sur la rue !
Les petits déjeuners incroyable !
Le personnel aux petits soins et très prévenant comme jamais je n'ai vu cela auparavant dans ma vie !

Cons:

Juste devoir rappeler de faire notre chambre car une après midi elle n'avait pas été faite.
Et les frais de fin de séjour élevés et NON SIGNALES que je n'ai pas apprécié du tout et qui ont été annulés, il faut en faire la réclamation, ça gâche un peu la fin du séjour alors que tout était parfait !

Such a beautiful hotel, room was a beautiful and comfortable English cottage, which happens to be my favorite style. The staff is lovely. Food is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel close to everything. My new favorite hotel in all of London

Best hotel experience!
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..

Cons:

Although a little on the pricey end.. you will not be disappointed.. you definitely get what you pay for with this superb hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.
