Covent Garden Hotel, Firmdale Hotels

What an extraordinary place! My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for 3 nights as we celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary. We hail from Melbourne , Australia and this was our third city in two weeks.
We were blown away by the beautifully decorated spaces throughout the hotel and all the thoughtful touches.
The real star of the show however was the most incredible staff. Every one of them was so warm and accomodating. We have never experienced anything like it. Clearly, the staff not only love what they do but they love working together. This is for us, what you want to experience when travelling.
We were so sad to leave. It truly is like visiting an old friend.
To all the staff, thank you , thank you!! You made our stay truly magical.
You should all be so proud of what you have created . We can’t wait to visit again.

Such a beautiful hotel, room was a beautiful and comfortable English cottage, which happens to be my favorite style. The staff is lovely. Food is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel close to everything. My new favorite hotel in all of London

Very comfortable, a little oasis in the middle of bustling Covent Garden

The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..

beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful, friendly staff. Beautifully decorated hotel, and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The entire experience was excellent. The location was superb, the staff happy to help, the suite was so comfortable with lovely attention to detail (flowers, champagne, fruit) and the breakfast was served at the table - a plus!! We will definitely return and it’ll probably be our go to hotel for future trips to London.

I’ve just returned home after another wonderful stay at the fabulous Covent Garden Hotel. Every member of staff exceeds expectations in providing the best guest experience possible - nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are awesome and the restaurant Brasserie Max is just sensational (I had a delicious breakfast and dinner there). A huge thank you to the whole team - I can’t wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in a junior suite for three nights in August and LOVED the hotel. We agreed we will stay here again anytime we're in London.

Highlights for us:

* Superb service throughout - friendly, gracious, professional, attentive
* The most comfortable bed ever - they sell the beds
* Delicious breakfast buffet and high tea
* Terrific bar especially the martinis
* Cozey and beautiful interiors especially the lounge/library area for guests
* The honor bar upstairs :)
* The location with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and pedestrian traffic - great energy
* Short 10-minute walk to two different tube stations
* Also a 10-minute walk to the National Gallery of Art and Trafalgar Square
