Loved the balcony room
Pros:

The view was great. I was given a room on the ground floor I didn’t like it. It was old, the bed was too low and had a smell. I paid $30 to upgrade to a balcony room and much better. The room had a great view and no smell.

The first floor room I was given but I paid for a balcony room. I had to pay for an upgrade to get the room I booked.

I love my stay
Pros:

I was nice having a great breakfast, everything was very clean and room was excellent, the staff was great. The location was great. Only two things was I don't understand why they let you pay to pack your car and the was some broken car window, got to find out it happened sometime. For somewhere you pay to put your car they need to go better.

Cons:

Cars was being broken in to and I hear it happened. You pay for parking so they need to do better.

Very lovely
Pros:

Everything, staff was very nice. Room was very clean and bed comfy, we are planing a visit to San Francisco soon ,and will be staying at this hotel for sure !!!

Cons:

Fix the vending machine, we was hungry after 11,and couldn't get a snack !!!
