Excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing! The view was wonderful. The bathroom was spotless and huge. All and all a wonderful stay!

Parking fees with such a small parking lot with cost of rooms should be included with a stay of a suite.

Prachtig hotel op “bijzondere” locatie, auto eigenlijk noodzakelijk
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met ruime en fijne kamers. Wij hadden een terras en het was heerlijk om daar eind van de middag nog even van de zon te genieten. Basic maar prima ontbijt. Met de auto dichtbij de ferry naar San Francisco, je kunt gratis daar parkeren door je ticket te valideren op of bij de ferry. Deze brengt je in 20 min naar hartje SF en is nog leuke tocht ook.

Cons:

Ligt erg afgelegen en dicht langs een drukke snelweg. Qua geluid hadden wij daar niet zoveel last van, maar zonder auto zit je hier wel erg “opgesloten”. Daarbij in de omgeving veel armoede op straat, zou ‘s avonds niet graag over straat lopen.

Fajne duże pokoje, piękny widok z okna. Bardzo duża i komfortowa łazienka z dużym prysznicem i wanną, z osobną toaletą.

Cons:

Śniadanie dość średnie, monotonne. Nie nadążają z dokładaniem jedzenia i sprzątaniem.

Beds were hard. Rooms were nice.
Pros:

We liked the rooms. Bathrooms were big.

Cons:

The breakfast was very weak. Eggs and sausages were cold! The oatmeal was nasty. The juices were watered down. We paid extra to have early check in and the roo8were not ready until 2:30 when regular check in was at 3. Kids wanted to swim in the pool but didn't feel comfortable going to the next door hotel.

Turning down the temp
Pros:

My family and I needed to escape the heat so we decided to stay somewhere with AC and a pool. My mom saw Best Western Bayside online and we made our reservation after that. Kim checked us in and told us all the close by restaurants to the hotel. She had great vibes whenever we interacted with her thanks Kim for making our stay wonderful

Concert Getaway
Pros:

I had an excellent stay this past Saturday while I was in town for the E40 concert, the rooms were very clean and checkup was a breeze thanks to Anahi at the front desk. The waterfront view was especially beautiful.

Girls trip of a lifetime! So amazing!
Pros:

My gf and I had the absolute best time at the best western. Miss. Kim at the front desk truly made our trip. She made the check in fast and easy, gave us advice on close places to eat and had the best vibe and attitude! We truly can’t wait to come back! Its staff like her that truly make the trip worth it. We went for a bad Omans concert and our trip couldn’t have been better. The breakfast food was great, the staff were so sweet, the carts all worked and were easy to find, the ice machine was close and the rooms were so clean. The options for snacks food and drinks is top notch. The beds were truly heavenly. It’s the best night sleep we had in months! We had to look online to order the bedding( you can buy their brand on Amazon). We loved it so much. Plus the ship recks make the view. We can’t wait to come back and the parking is easy and hassle free, just a small fee. Can’t wait for our next show! Thank you again miss. Kim from the front desk best western Oakland.

Great hospitality staff!
Pros:

Our family needed a place to rest and I'm so glad we found this hotel. The very best part of the hotel was the person who greeted us when we first walked in. Anahi was friendly and professional. She was a great communicator and explained every amenity. She was obviously sincere in wanting us to have a pleasant stay. Anahi is an asset to this hotel staff. Thank you, Anahi!

The best ladies weekend ever!
Pros:

Omg I luv the staff, the food, the bed, the space and of course the cute ship recks! Miss. Kim at the front desk is a GOD send. She was so nice and told us a few spots for food before our concert! She made our girls weekend absolutely amazing!

Cons:

I loved the breakfast, the comfy and clean rooms, the beds, how nice the staff was. Miss Kim is the best from the front desk.
