First Hotel Introduction... PERFECT!!
Pros:

Anahi Penaloza at the front desk welcomed me for my first stay at this location and she was fabulous! My room also turned out to be excellent. It is always encouraging and positive when customer and vendor interraction can be considerate, reciprocal and just plain perfect. Mine was; I'll be back! Thank you.

Pros:

Our front check in assistant, Anahi, was so sweet and wonderful. Our room had an amazing view of the bay and was really impressed with the sound proofing, couldn't hear the freeway outside at all! Loved the amenities and the big spa tub! Would stay again!

Disappointment in Oakland
Pros:

This our third visit to this property. It is in a great location to visit our family.
I understand there has been a change in ownership/management. The result is dreadful! Can you imagine paying nearly $300 per night and there is no bed making service without request and no soap to wash your body with?? It wasn't always this way! Sadly change comes with profit for owner and minimal hospitality for the guest. It has also become a destination for large bus tour groups and not for individuals.

Great hospitality
Pros:

Checking in was a breeze, thanks to Anahi. Her hospitality, and professionalism should be recognized. Even with the issue I was having with an appliance in the room. She let me know shortly, somebody would come by and take care of it and they did. She was attentive to all my questions and that made me feel comfortable for asking, not rushed or bothered. 🙏🏽
