Cons:

It was only posted on the pillars facing the unit doors and at the office, No smoking. None in the parking lots or the lot entrance. I am a elderly handicap woman with trouble walking and I was told to go all the way past the main lot to a tree lined area with no lights to smoke. I was made to feel like I was doing illegal drugs. Not appreciated!

Overall for the price and location it was worth the money.
Pros:

Location. Not too far from the city. Within 10 mins from all food location without having to deal with all the city traffic. Staff very nice.

Cons:

The seal at the bottom of the room door was not the best. So when visitors arrived for their motel stay the lights would come through my door way. Waking me up.
