Parc Royale Suites Hotel

I would strongly recommend this property. It is in a great location. Lots of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the sights. I want to thank the amazing staff for their help and for making me feel like part of the family. You are were extremely awesome and helpful.

Our stay at Parc Royale was exceptional. The recent renovations truly shine with the white and blue modern esthetics blending beautifully with the traditional charm of Cuenca. Every detail of the hotel is simply gorgeous. The service was exceptional and the hotel team’s white glove service made us feel incredibly special.

The perfect place to base daily excursions to explore the culture. Walking distance to fantastic Ecuadorian cuisine and fabulous cathedrals of from colonial times

The hotel is located only one block from the main plaza in Cuenca which is a prime location. The apartments are wonderful; so much nicer than staying in just a hotel room. Security is good, and the staff friendly and helpful.

I initially booked a one month stay at Gran Colombia Suites through Expedia. Once I arrived, I knew that I had to extend my stay! The second floor apartment is beautifully furnished, with generous natural light. Double pane windows ensure no sound transfer from the street below. The reception, housekeeping, and security staff are genuinely welcoming and consistently accommodating. And the location is excellent: 1 block from Parque Calderon, in the heart of the historic center.

Great place to stay in the center of town... however, be prepared to put up with noise and pollution... but it is all worth it!

I stayed in the panoramic apartment with amazing views of old town Cuenca. Great location. One block to Parque Calderon. Tia store across the street and bakery downstairs. Very cozy and clean unit. I’ll definitely stay here again. All the staff was lovely.

Our stay at Gran Colombia was excellent. The suite was modern, comfortable, and conveniently located in El Centro. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and most important, always willing to help with any of our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff are wonderful, great location, beautiful place. Be aware however that rooms with an outside or city view can be quite noisy! suite number three is above shops which turn their music up, and the street noise is too much to tolerate if you are at all sensitive to noise. Inside rooms only have frosted windows to the court yard so no outside views but are much quieter.

Coddled in a king size bed, wonderful shower, great kitchen, comfortable furniture. Reception is the best and they know Cuenca. Excellent English.

Fue una excelente estadía. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y agradable. El personal era muy atento, incluido el administrador. Estaban permanentemente atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes y siempre atendían de buen ánimo. Me sentí muy cómoda.
