Exceptionally friendly staff, spotless property, and spacious rooms: great for groups/families
Pros:

The staff here were exceptional: genuinely some of the friendliest and most attentive I've encountered at any hotel. The property itself was well-maintained and clean throughout. The pool and exercise area were great, the breakfast was solid, and the rooms were very spacious, which would be ideal for families or groups traveling together. Nothing extravagant, but everything you actually need done right.

Cons:

Only drawback was that the price point felt slightly high, and the location is a bit removed from the main road, which can be inconvenient depending on where you're headed. You'll also need your own transportation. None of these are dealbreakers, but worth knowing before you book.

I won’t be back, it was horrible, we left a couple hours after arriving, a waste of my hard earned money.
Pros:

Not much, it seemed like it was going to be good but I had a horrible experience my first time here, this was an attempt at redemption. Room wasn’t ready, we waited about an hour after check in to get in. The room had ants bad so we ended up leaving. This company doesn’t seem to want to make right the wrong that they are the cause of. I am a Hilton member, but I will never come back here again, I lost between two visits over 800 dollars. And didn’t stay overnight either time. I feel stupid for giving second chances. But it won’t happen again.

Cons:

Unprofessional, late preparing the room, ants, the bed looked like housekeeping just through the cover on an unmade bed, and was too busy eating and on the phone to get anything done correctly.

Great location; close to restaurants; gas stations; nice and roomy

Cons:

we had people above us that were super noisy all night... called the front desk, the people settled down for a little bit and then were running and jumping again... had to be kids but was annoying... But the hotel itself was great

Terrible Wi-Fi, Big Disappointment
Pros:

I stayed here for an extended period, and the Wi-Fi is easily the worst I have ever encountered. Despite complaining multiple times and even contacting the hotel's third-party internet service directly, nothing was resolved. If you have any work to do, do not choose this hotel. The connection is incredibly unstable and won't stay active for even a minute at a time.

The room next to us and above us were very loud and rowdy after 10pm. So I was confused as to why we had to sign a form saying we would follow protocol but they didn’t.

Cons:

Had a great experience with check in. Next night went to ask for more towels, same person total different attitude. Poor attitude with eye rolls
