The windows don’t open to allow fresh air circulation, even though there is a kitchenette. Proper ventilation should be provided.
Property was very clean and pretty! Room was larger than expected. Beds were comfy and I slept great.
No complaints.
Positives are nice size rooms, good amenities and nice HVAC. I like the suite with a separate bedroom and a reasonable kitchen. That makes stays more comfortable and like home. Negatives are poor service at check in and the internet. At check-in we were told that a third party (CapitalOne) made our reservation and there nothing could be changed—so we were stuck with a room along the highway. And I gave up on the Wifi and have spent most of the stay on my phone’s hotspot because Hilton wifi drops every 30 minutes and it’s so slow that pages don’t load.
Close to stores, restaurants, but quiet. Breakfast was good and the wonderful lady in charge of breakfast was outstanding!
Housekeeping didn’t come when the hotel said they would.
