Tiny bedroom
Nice canopy views of trees and excellent air conditioning. Front desk staff were very kind and thoughtful.
Since we were sleeping during turn down services, we were not furnished with complimentary water or clean linens. When we returned back to our room, we were told that there would be an extra charge for water, since we left a "Do not disturb" sign on door". We had traveled over 30 hrs. to get to this hotel, and the weather was a blistering 100 degrees that day, I felt even more, that this was an unreasonable charge. We also learned that breakfast was not included? I felt that the water should have been quietly delivered when we called for water to our room without an extra charge. The front desk staff was very helpful, despite these nonsensible rules from House keeping.

The rooms are so small you can’t really enjoy them.
The hotel was lovely, small and beautifully done. The room was stunning in its design and clever in its use of space (the wardrobe area was great for storage). I absolutely loved the cosy seating areas and little honesty bar area. Staff were really friendly, and the doorman especially. Location is great for exploring Kensington and Chelsea. Loved the pillow spray that came with turn down service.
The shower over the bath is hard to get out of, as the bath panel is so high. I slipped a bit and hurt myself. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference so back hurt slightly after 2 nights.
