The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, location is excellent- walking distance to Harrods , the park and restaurants.

Great staff

Hotel is a proper 5 star experience in a beautiful, but quiet street of London - located very close to Hyde Park and near Buckingham Palace. The staff were wonderful and the lobby area is a unique area to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and the occasional board game / cards in a quiet but homely setting (with a cup of tea ofcourse!).

The Knightsbridge Hotel was lovely and extremely comfortable. They went out of their way to make my child feel special and taken care of. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here if you can.

The firmdale hotels chain is one of my favorite chain of hotels, I stayed in almost all their hotels in London and one of their properties in New York . Unfortunately this time we were given a room in the basement and they put the blame on our reservation being made through Expedia, the room is nice except the bathroom had a bath tub which was very high , and you can injure yourself getting in and out. Once I told them about the issue they said we have other room with a walk in shower? But since day one we were told we will try to accommodate your request but without getting back at us. I didn’t like the service and made sure to tell them. Once again i complain because I do like the hotel, but didn’t like the service this time.

Love this place! I have stayed twice now and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else. I’ve stayed at other hotels in London and just love how quiet and set aside this one is. The breakfast is delicious and the aesthetic and ambiance is perfect. The staff is wonderful and they give you a little gift in your room a candle or pillow spray with a hand written welcome note.

Charming property down a charming street right off all the

We had a wonderful stay at the Knightsbridge Hotel. It’s perfectly located in central London, close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. The hotel itself is luxurious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and relaxing stay in London.

Always the best small hotel in London

This hotel is perfect! Everything is designed by Kit Kemp and the rooms are amazing! Comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, beautiful fabrics, quiet street with easy access to Knightsbridge and Harrod’s. The staff is charming and bends over backward! I would stay here again without any hesitation!

One of my favorite hotels to stay in London!

What an absolutely beautiful hotel and experience. Everyone was so incredibly kind and I felt so happy to be here. It was such a charming and warm place to be that really made my stay a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much for your extraordinary care.

Exceptional staff at The Knightsbridge Hotel went out of their way to make us comfortable, including a complimentary continental breakfast when we arrived from our international flight before check-in time. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding - fresh fruits and a variety of cooked to order choices were all beautifully prepared. Our room was smallish but very tastefully decorated, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. This hotel is on a quiet street close to Harrod’s, Harvey Nichols and other high-end shops, and easy walking distance to museums and South Kensington.

A disappointment. Luxury Room was smaller than expected and so poorly lit that it felt dingy, almost depressing. Climate control was 'locked' so any adjustment had to be via the front desk (the room was unpleasantly warm on arrival). The absence of a small in-room kettle/tea/coffee was odd. Staff advised that the drawing room/eating areas become congested so we felt a bit of an inconvenience.
On the plus side, the decor is great and the bed was very comfortable (in contrast to the room chairs). Wifi and digital access were good. Minibar had some reassuringly good stuff in it although we chose not to indulge.

Elegant property and cosy room

this is a wonderful boutique hotel and a beautiful section of town rooms were large and comfortable. Bathroom and showers were excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious all in all a wonderful experience.
