Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is perfect, as it is in the city center and easily accessible to most tourist attractions. The room was clean and well-ventilated. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide selection of delicious food.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was the narrow stairs and the absence of a lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.

Расположение очень удобное , центр города, вид из окна хороший, завтрак неплохой, цена адекватная ,

Cons:

Номера разные, бывают большие там всё супер, а вчера номер был маленький, полотенца супер тонкие как тряпка и очень старые, вытираться неприятно

Средний отель, заголовок премиум не особо подходит
Pros:

Отличное расположение и хороший персонал.

Cons:

Ванная в плохом сотоянии: старая и частично сломанная душевая кабина, неудобный туалет, а также ужасные изношенные полотенца. Также в номере очень шумно, для сна нужны беруши.

Очень жалею, что выбрала данный отель по отзывам. Условия проживания очень плохие: в номере на первый вид кажется чисто, но вокруг кровати крошки еды, волосы. За столом -пыль накопленная веками. Прилетели рано утром, не смогли принять душ, не было горячей воды, админ.парень на ресепшн сказал, что ничего не может сделать до 9 утра, надо ждать. Пришлось ждать напора воды мин.40, температура воды не комфортной температуры, еле теплая, не горячая. Местами становится резко холодной. На вопрос, могут ли предоставить другой номер, сказали что нет мест. На стене следы крови от убитого насекомого. Скорее есть тараканы. Можно было стереть. Шторы спущены, висят. В номере темно. Из трех лампочек, горят две. Очень старый кондиционер. Не стали включать. Открыли окно- с улицы сильный шум смеющихся, дерущихся людей от близко расположенного заведения или клуба. Дверь на балконе заклеена, не открывается. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего: яичница синего цвета, кофе невкусный. Качество не соответствует цене. Полное разочарование. Дождавшись утра, уехали в другой отель.
