Passable but not the best value
Pros:

The location is round the corner from the metro and walking distance to Panfilov park, making it quite central.

Cons:

The air conditioner dripped water, the hanging racks in the bathroom were ridiculously high and if you have a room overlooking the street, it can be quite noisy.

Приемлемо за свои деньги. Но могло быть и лучше
Pros:

Расположение идеальное. Самый центр, шаговая доступность до метро. Даже немного вид на горы.
Неплохие завтраки. Приемлемая цена. Персонал помог продлить проживание и нашел возможность для позднего выезда, чему я очень благодарна.

Cons:

В номере был спертый воздух и пыльно в коридорах из-за обилия ковролина. Номер очень быстро нагревался и и кондиционер поэтому приходилось держать выключенным постоянно. Кое-как охлаждал при настройках на +16. Думаю, он нуждается в замене.
Постельное белье с очевидными местами штопки, кое-где застряли в пододеяльнике волосы 09. Но вроде все белое.
Ночью было шумно, рядом бухала музыка из ресторана или бара.
Лестницы сразу на входе, длинные узкие коридоры. специфика старого здания. С чемоданами никто не помогал.
