Buena ubicación, atención y el hotel en general con áreas de oportunidad para mejorar

Las instalaciones muy bien, lugar limpio, el personal que nos recibió muy atento.

Cons:

en cuanto al personal que nos recibió todos muy bien excepto una chica del mostrador, lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre pero en general todos deberían dar servicio al cliente amable y con una sonrisa.
Por otro lado, durante mi estancia tembló en Veracruz y el hotel no tiene brigadas de emergencia, no revisaron las instalaciones antes de dejarnos volver a entrar, una de las chicas de recepción entró en crisis, deben preparar a su personal con cursos en caso de emergencias.

El precio es muy elevado para el tipo de habitación, tal vez por la zona es el precio pero eso no amerita el precio tan alto
