Categories

Cleanliness
9.4
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and tidy rooms; minor isolated comments about small cleanliness issues in one room but overall very clean.
Service
7.2
Many reports of attentive and helpful staff at breakfast and front desk, but a serious negative incident describing staff entering a room against 'Do not disturb' and an unprofessional, mocking response from the Reception Manager lowers this score.
Location
9.6
Repeated positive mentions of excellent location near Hauptbahnhof, tram and S-Bahn connections and easy access to sights.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and generally good; several specific issues noted (air conditioning not cooling well, street noise for some window-facing rooms, bathtub controls awkward).
Amenities
8.8
Good gym, cozy public areas, pleasant bar and beer options mentioned; overall amenities seen as a strong point aside from minor usability issues with bath controls.
Value for Money
8.7
Multiple guests state excellent value for the price and intend to return; some feel breakfast is relatively expensive which tempers the score slightly.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast repeatedly described as very good/tasty, though some find it expensive and one review notes food not suitable for Muslims; overall quality positive but with caveats.
Overall Experience
8.8
Generally highly recommended with many positive stay reports (clean rooms, good location, friendly staff), but the serious privacy breach and poor managerial handling is a notable negative against an otherwise strong overall experience.

10/10 Volveré a hospedarme aquí
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme aquí sin pensármelo.
Servicio atento y amable, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias, súper buena ubicación cerca de Hauptbahnhof, buena comida. Realmente un excelente lugar.

Cons:

Nada. Todo me encantó.

All in all liked the location, the bar downstairs the room size and the helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit too expensive compared to offered food selection. But the food was of a good quality. Sometimes needed to wait for the food to be replenished.
The room was clean.

Cons:

Just could not make the air conditioner to cool the room. Opening a window didn't help. It seemed like the air just could not get int from outside. Also the room had the windows to the street, and the noise was not bearable.
