Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war akzeptabel, aber leider hat das Verhalten einer Empfangsmitarbeiterin unsere gesamte Erfahrung ruiniert. Sie war unfreundlich, unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Gefühl, um ihre Hilfe betteln zu müssen, was in einem angesehenen Hotel absolut inakzeptabel ist. Ihr Verhalten war respektlos und entsprach nicht dem Standard, den man von einem solchen Hotel erwarten sollte. Wir sind über diese Erfahrung sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. Leider werden wir aufgrund dieses Vorfalls nicht wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. Wir hoffen, dass das Management diesen Vorfall ernst nimmt und die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreift, um den Umgang mit Gästen zu verbessern.

Die betreffende Mitarbeiterin war klein und hatte lockiges Haar, damit der Vorfall intern leichter nachvollzogen werden kann.

Pros:

Fijn dat we ook buiten konden ontbijten. Personeel was heel attent. Dat je zonder pasje de lift niet in kon en niet door verdere deuren gaf een veilig gevoel. Het hotel was niet op loopafstand van het centrum, maarja dat wist ik van tevoren. Daarentegen ben ik een keer wezen hardlopen naar het centrtum en een andere keer naar het nymphoberger schloss; hotel ligt er precies tussenin!

Cons:

Ze hadden bij de check-in wel kunnen zeggen dat er een fitness ruimte is in het hotel. Het is bij het restaurant niet duidelijk hoe het met de bediening zit: aan tafel of bestellen bij de bar.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit vielen innovativen Details. Top Hotel-Gym. Parkhaus direkt an der Unterkunft. Strassenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel, aber auch kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und den Augustiner-Biergarten zu Fuss.

Cons:

Die üblichen hohen Münchener Parkhaus-Preise. Matratzen etwas zu weich.

Ak potrebujete cestovať autom a hľadáte hotel s vlastnou garážou, odporúčam.
Pros:

Strážené parkovisko priamo pod hotelom. Izba bola v poriadku.

Cons:

Nebolo možné si parkovanie v hotelovej garáži rezervovať vopred, čiže sme si neboli istí možnosťou parkovania až do nášho príchodu. A úprimne, cena za priemernú a malú izbu v 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli bola veľmi prehnaná (takmer 6 stoviek za dve noci, ďaleko od centra). Hotelová reštaurácia bola veľmi priemerná s veľmi nadhodnotenými cenami.

Gutes Hotel zu einem angemessenen Preis, allerdings nur wenn man Frühstück nicht bucht
Pros:

Zimmer mit Babybett war vorbereitet, als wir ankamen, Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Einrichtung in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

War alles okay soweit. Zimmer nicht zur Straße wäre noch schöner gewesen, aber die Fenster halten die meisten Geräusche trotzen ganz gut weg. Es wäre cool, wenn das Frühstück eher so 15 statt 25 Euro pro Person kosten würde. Das hätte unseren Aufenthalt mit Baby komfortabler gemacht. Aber 100€ für zweimal Frühstück für Eltern war inakzeptabel.

Pros:

Restaurant und Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten waren bequem. Badezimmer schön eingerichtet, obwohl ich eine Badewanne nicht mehr zeitgemäß finde.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht wirklich runtergekühlt. Mehr wie 23 Grad war nicht möglich. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da es im Biergarten auch nach 23 Uhr noch extrem laut war.

Trotz mehrfaches Klingeln, bin ich nicht aus dem Parkhaus herausgekommen. Ich musste dann über das Nachbarhotel das Parkhaus verlassen.
