Pros:

La vue est indéniablement le point fort de l'établissement. Le personnel au petit déjeuner très agréable. La proximité des plages.

Cons:

Propreté sans plus pour la chambre. Les parties communes et les chambres sont vétustes. La dureté équivalente au bois du matelas. La climatisation de la chambre pas assez forte ce qui nous a contraint de conserver la porte-fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit qui va avec.

De kamer en hotel zijn flink verouderd. De muren, badkamer en meubilair mogen wel vernieuwd worden. Zeker voor hetgeen wat je betaald.

Pros:

Location comodissima, in pieno centro. Camere belle e pulite. Staff cordiale.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'assenza di parcheggio e di concessione per spiaggia. I lettini sul terrazzo sono solo per le camere privilege. E di domenica è impossibile trovare sia parcheggio che lettini nei bagni privati

Alte Räumlichkeiten, fehlende Sonnenstoren im 5. Stock, Wasserschaden und stundenlang kein Wasser, keine Parkplätze.

Beautiful views with rooms that need updates

Highs:
-most beautiful views from room looking at water and mountains
-centrally located
-delicious breakfast
-friendly waitstaff
Lows:
-AC barely worked, wouldn’t go below 77 degrees
-shower tiny
-mold on ceiling near AC
-one front desk staff member (PM) rude and dismissive of requests, one front desk staff member (AM) very kind and helpful
- remote for awning didn’t work got very hot in afternoon- helpful front desk person did it for us remotely from front desk. Other front desk employee never mentioned this option.

Location great, staff fantastic, room needs a little attention
Pros:

The location and the staff. Very good access to all local amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is tired. Rooms were exceptionally clean however, no facilities to make a hot a drink, no kettle or tea or coffee which even basic rooms usually have. hair dryer was like a hoover and of no use. Doors to the balcony scraped across the floor making an horrendous noise and the sage was broken. I booked 2 rooms and both sages in both room were broke.
