il bagno della stanza non era quello delle foto viste durante la prenotazione, inoltre ho prenotato e ho scelto di spendere un determinato prezzo basandomi sul fatto che ci fosse la spa. La spa non era funzionante. Non lo trovo assolutamente corretto.

Pros:

Struttura molto carina, la posizione è meravigliosa anche se abbiamo trovato brutto tempo ma il panorama era stupendo lo stesso. Il personale dalla reception ai camerieri super gentili, la cucina veramente ottima.

La camera era pulita. La colazione, servita in una bella sala, era varia e con personale di sala efficiente.

Cons:

Avevamo scelto questa struttura principalmente per la presenza della spa, anche perché il soggiorno coincideva con il mio compleanno, informazione indicata al momento della prenotazione. Per questo motivo è particolarmente grave che solo al momento del check-in — e soltanto dopo nostra esplicita richiesta — ci sia stato comunicato che la spa era chiusa e lo sarebbe stata fino a data da destinarsi. Si tratta di un servizio determinante nella scelta della struttura e la sua indisponibilità avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata chiaramente già in fase di prenotazione, così da consentire agli ospiti di valutare consapevolmente se confermare o scegliere un’altra soluzione.

In secondo luogo, abbiamo riscontrato alcune ulteriori criticità nel servizio: nella descrizione della camera erano indicati bollitore per tè/macchina del caffè e minibar. Il bollitore non era presente all’arrivo ed è stato fornito solo dopo cena, a seguito di una richiesta fatta nel pomeriggio; il minibar risultava completamente vuoto, senza neppure una bottiglia d’acqua.

Abbiamo inoltre richiesto un cambio camera, accettando e pagando il relativo sovrapprezzo, ma alla reception è stato necessario chiarire la situazione poiché inizialmente risultava che la prenotazione fosse stata cancellata, nonostante il check-in fosse già stato effettuato.

Nel complesso, al di là delle inefficienze riscontrate nel servizio, la mancata comunicazione preventiva sulla chiusura della spa — servizio determinante nella scelta della struttura — rappresenta una mancanza grave e una pratica poco trasparente nei confronti del cliente.
