Stayed numerous times here but very disappointed this time round.
Pros:

The location and the parking is pretty good for what we needed.
The staff where really pleasant and the reception area is quite presentable walking in.
Contact with the property is really good prior to arrival.
Towels and bed linen were lovely and clean.
We mentioned to the reception staff regarding my concerns below and they were courteous and polite.
We also mentioned to the staff that we see this NOT as a complaint but a reminder to the owner's of the apartments that when guests are paying to stay at their accommodation, they need to be mindful of people's standards and values.

Cons:

Very disappointed in the presentation once we opened the door of the apartment.
It is in need of a really good clean up and some money spent on the upkeep and maintenance of the apartments furniture.
The edging on the white furniture had been torn off and left to deteriorate.
The bedside lampshade trims had been torn off and left to go brown and ugly.
The drains were smelly, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet was leaking water around the base, we had to place a towel on the floor.
Shower shelf had been removed off the wall and just two screw holes left.
Shower head was dirty and badly stained.
The lights, air conditioners, doorways/frames, blinds, window sills and around ceiling lights were dirty and lack maintenance.
For $185 we expected to feel fresh when we left.

Pros:

Bed was comfy, location is good, staff were helpful

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room and carpark, my dryer was extremely loud and set the fire alarm off whenever it was on. I also had random people calling my room.

Rude Residents

Everything except the rude residents in the building

we were told off by the residents that my children were being too loud playing at the pool till i told them theyre just kids but he kept arguing and swearing.

The staff were really helpful. Parking was great.

Cons:

The room had a smell to it (like a stuffy smell). The beds were ok but not great. There was nothing around, we had to drive to get food.

Fantastic - will definately be there again for any GC visits
Pros:

Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet still so close to everything. VERY spacious. Great for families. Each room had its own balcony and we all had our own bathrooms. Fantastic!!

Excellent stay
Pros:

It was with some trepidation that we booked Code Apartments based on some reviews we read. These concerns were quickly erased from booking in through to checkout. All staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, room service i.e. linen changes were more than expected, the unit we had was clean and quiet plus we found Code Apartments were very central for our needs accessing the City, Charmaine, Ashgrove and Wynnum with ease. Definitely 10 out of 10.
