Já fiquei neste apartamento mais de 3 vezes e desta vez foi decepcionante , precisa de manutenção urgente o microondas. Estava enferrujado. Velho , , o ar condicionado para que há meses ou anos não é limpo nem lavado o filtro do ar , cheio de pó e sujeira espirrei muito , e o que mais me incomodou foi o sofá com mal cheiro estava muito fedendo o sofá impossível de ficar sentado nele , comprei um spray para tentar tirar o odor mais não adiantou muito , por favor vocês só pensam em ganhar dinheiro e esquecem da manutenção , peça que lavem esse sofá , troquem o microondas velho custa tão pouco , e limpem o ar condicionado , obrigado

It was a hassle to have to park and then get keys, whwn parking was not easily assessable (disappinting when you have to pay for it). Self check in should be considered.
Rooms and furnitishings are outdated and old..not like the photos.

Be more than happy to stay there again
Pros:

We booked in for one night (a Saturday) and only checked the reviews AFTER having made a non-refundable booking.
If it had been half as bad as a lot of the negative reviews claimed, we were quite prepared to leave and swallow the loss. But in our case it was more than fine.
The room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, secure parking a reasonable cost, it was quiet and everything you needed was there.
YMMV but on the day we thought it was excellent value for money and would be happy to stay again if the occasion arose.

Great location, rooms are tired and not well maintained
Pros:

It’s a great location for events at the Tivoli or Old Museum.

Cons:

The rooms are getting dated. Our room smelt like someone had been smoking in the room.
The bathroom had nowhere to hang a towel. It’s needs sprucing up.

Great room but a couple of things broken in there other than that we will be back again

Great apartment

Cons:

The lounge chair was broken on one aide and the air conditioners didn't stay on all night so we've got very hot and the pillows were really flat

Pros:

Great location easy walk to train station and shops the apartment was nice and big, the bed was comfortable. We really liked the roof top barbeque nice and relaxing. Great secure parking
