During my whole stay here the toilet was broken and was running 24/7 the noise was so annoying. Could barely sleep. The place smells, no YouTube, Netflix or ANY streaming services on the tv just boring and old tv channels. The couch was old and smelly, I was itchy after sitting on it. They are stingy with toilet paper, one small milk box provided for tea and coffee. The “clean” dishes were dirty, I had to clean it myself before use. It was a really BORING stay overall, didn’t realise how important it is to have YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on the tv until I stayed here. Not worth the price AT ALL. Don’t stay here! If I could give it 0 stars I would, absolutely disgusting. -100 out of 10.

Absolutely terrible experience and unacceptable customer service
Check-in was listed as 2 PM–11 PM. We arrived at 10 PM and found the building locked with no staff present — just a random piece of paper on the wall with a phone number on it. No proper signage, no secure reception, nothing.
When we called, we were told to send our passport or driving licence, and then photos of the front and back of our credit card through a link sent by text. We had already fully paid through Booking.com, which clearly warns guests not to send sensitive financial information through external links. It felt unsafe and completely unprofessional.
We were on the phone for nearly an hour. The staff member was rude, put us on hold without warning, and refused to let us speak to a manager.
When we explained we didn’t feel safe sending full card details and asked what we were supposed to do, we were told: if we didn’t provide our passport and credit card photos, we would not be allowed inside. When we asked what that meant — should we just sleep outside? — the response was essentially that there was “no other solution.”
There was no prior warning on Booking.com that late check-in (after 7 PM) required sending passport and credit card images via an external link, and no proper correspondence explaining this process in advance.
Guests should not be pressured late at night into handing over extremely sensitive personal and financial information just to access accommodation they’ve already paid for.
Would not stay again and would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially for evening arrivals.

Excellent location. Great views. Good gym facilities.
Little or no kitchen utensils and cups. No dish cleaning materials. No exhaust fan in shower. No extra rugs or pillows. Existing pillows were very poor. No floor cleaning apparatus. Only 3 uncomfortable lounges in pool area.
