We got what we looked for and slept very well.
Pros:

Big separated beds allowed to have a good rest without sharing the blanket. Rooms were basically as expected.

There is no cot or communication
Pros:

Room, facilities and breakfast are ok.

Cons:

Booking showed that they have a cot and I added it to the booking. They didn’t answer my question if they have it and then they didn’t have it. They even tried to get more money from us because we then asked even a mattres for the baby.

首晚是沒有熱水沖涼,原來開關在床下🥺
另外,有住年青前台員工,全不懂英文,即使很簡單基本都溝通困難,又欠缺笑

Cons:

酒店自坐早餐不錯,補充得快
酒店門口有的士站,又近地鐵站,方便出行
多謝那位經理員工,在離開那天uber 找不到jumbo taxi,聽經理溝要一天前預約,而我們要出機場,經理幫助約車,thanks

Pros:

員工很友善，且樓下就是便利商店跟咖啡廳，步行即有捷運站且是有電梯的出口，不管要去南浦洞還是西面都很方便。

Cons:

員工的英語能力不太好，外國旅客溝通會較不順暢，需仰賴翻譯軟體
廁所偏小且淋浴間的乾濕分離門無法完全密合。

In una città movimentata come Busan un posto tranquillo dove riposare non guasta. Il tutto senza rinunciare ad ogni conf
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla ma comunque abbastanza vicino a zone di interesse come Nampo o la stazione dei treni. In zona ogni tipo di servizio, dalle fermate dei mezzi (metro e bus), Kombini e vari caffè. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Stanza grandissima e hotel da lusso per il prezzo che si paga. La posizione non é delle migliori, ma comunque sotto l'hotel ci sono le fermate dei bus, poi i taxi costano pochissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Was nice but could have been better.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was clean and nice ambience.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower during my stay and it was not fizes inspite of raising complaint.
