Very disappointing.
Very dirty room, we had it “cleaned” everyday. But only cleaning they know is to empty the trash can.

Hair from other people everywhere, spiderwebs and ants in the room.

The service is terrible, have to go ask for room cleaning before noon everyday.

We didn’t get all the amenities as we were supposed to have it our room. No water cooker or fridge as it was supposed to be.
The hotel people did not care to change or fix anything.

Only good thing on our 7 day stay there was the free water bottles.

The place is very worth to the price. Hot shower is functioning well

Very reasonably priced hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

quite and relaxing

The Hotels location is very good. Next Monorail station is about 10 minutes by walking where you can go to city center. Nearby the Hotel is a great Café called Laboratory. Staff is average, no information for good places but kind. Condition of the room was good, I liked the stay!

There are certainly rooms for improvement eg cleanliness. But just dont be too harsh in criticizing for the price you paid.

Reasonable price for a convenient location in the North of KL.

It was a great stay in this place, welcoming environment. Wonderful staff around sweet two female and one guys that was very helpful and polite. Room choice up my standard it is well cleaned and convenient for single travel. Less shop around as it is office area , 10 minute walked to lrt/monorail..

このホテル近くの病院に用があり、ここに決めた。最寄り駅のティティワングサ駅から徒歩5分程だが、到着が深夜近くで夜道が怖い。人の気配がない時は今にも襲ってきそうな野良犬が数匹いた。

Due to my reservation via 3rd party online booking. There was an over booking issue. However Hotel receptionist able to resolve booking issue immediately. A room upgrade without extra charges incurred. The location is good if one wants a getaway from the buzzling city. A short walk to the Titiwansa Station easy access back into KL triangle or a connecting line to other lines such as Ampang line.
