XL room size with great customer service
Pros:

Great location for the train, museums, and clubs. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, with an omelet bar. The rooms are the largest I could find in Berlin for the price. The gym and sauna were always clean and had the perfect amount of equipment.

Cons:

Our room had a sulfur smell to it and the shower leaked. The management did an amazing job handling the situation. They brought out a maintenance person and upgraded our room within an hour of our complaint.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de plusieurs lignes de métros, proximité de commerces et restaurants, chambre très spacieuse et bonne literie.

Cons:

La vue, j'étais au premier étage, la chambre donnait sur un toit de gravier. Le minibar n'était pas fonctionnel. Manque de prise électrique.
