Gerne wieder für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort, alles perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub: Lage, Ausstattung, Späti ums Eck, Verkehrsanbindung etc.

Cons:

Es war alles bestens, und zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we were refused accommodation under the claim that the reservation had been “cancelled", which never did. In practice, the hotel simply refused to honor a valid and confirmed reservation.
As a direct result we were left without accommodation late at night and were forced to wander around the city in search of an alternative hotel.

Pros:

Vi kunde lämna bagage efter utcheckning

Cons:

Otroligt dålig service. Personalen var otrevlig och ohjälpsam. Till exempel var var tv på rummet trasig, vilket vi fick påpeka fast personalen sedan visste det men gjorde ingen ansträngning att fixa det.
Jag hade också vid flera gånger mejlat och frågat om vi fick checka in tidigare då vi kom till Berlin tidig morgon men fick aldrig svar. När vi kom dit var det ett bestämt och surt nej med motivering att ”hotellet var fullt”, en torsdag i februari…
I bokningen står det att läget var centralt. Men helt ärligt så låg det helt off från alla restauranger, barer och cafeer. Området var mer nattklubbar än sevärdigheter. Området kändes osäkert kvällstid. Vi hade minst 5 km för att ta oss om vi ville äta på resturanger som inte var gatukök.
Frukosten var stor men smaklös.

Beim einchecken hat sich heraus gestellt, dass über meine Daten/visa kredit Legitimation bokking com sich jemand ein Zimmer reserviert hat. Ist mir unerklärlich und auch für das Hotel Personal nicht erklärlich.
