Pros:

Great location, spacious room, kind staff, AC worked great!

Cons:

There were silverfish in the bathroom, so obviously it's not a pleasant sight, but they are harmless. The hotel front-desk said they're aware and unable to do something on the matter (but they were kind during that conversation).

Hôtel très bien desservi par plusieurs métro et plusieurs bus

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien pendant le weekend où il a fait très chaud
Rideaux mal installé donc impossible d'avoir une chambre sombre

Die zentrale Lage, wobei direkt neben entsprechenden Clubs eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man kam überall mit den öffentlichen hin und war auch schnell am Olympiastadion

Cons:

Tja, wenn alles rund läuft, ist es glaube ich sehr angenehm. Schwierig wird es, wenn die Klimaanlage bei 40 Grad Celsius ausfällt, die Minibar nicht funktioniert und keine Alternative zur Verfügung steht. Kann alles passieren… In diesem konkreten Fall schien das Personal überfordert zu sein. Das kulante Entgegenkommen konnten wir so jetzt garnicht feststellen, leider. Vielleicht lag es auch den Temperaturen. Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer und man muss bedenken, dass die Zimmer im 5.OG teilweise deutlich kleiner als die über Booking beschriebenen 20 m2. Das ist bei einem identischen Zimmerpreis dann doch etwas mit Fragezeichen zu versehen, gerade wenn es dann auch nur mit einer Person belegt und gebucht war. Wenn das Zimmer gleich groß gewesen wäre, hätten wir auch nichts gesagt, war ja von Anfang an klar, sonst sollte man da nicht buchen.
Und an dieser Stelle dann doch noch ein Wort zum Kundenbindungsmanagement. Es gab kein oder eben nur auf klare und betonte Ansprache ein geringes Entgegenkommen. Kein, Sie bekommen alles aus der Minibar aufs Haus oder das Frühstück geht aufgrund Ihrer Unannhemlichkeiten aufs Haus. Da kam leider nix. Wie gesagt, kann am Wetter gelegen haben, ist trotzdem irgendwie schade…

La hall dell'albergo è molto bella, la camera spaziosa e letto comodo. La colazione ottima con tantissima scelta di qualità. Posizione comodissima con fermata metro e bus davanti all'albergo.

Η τοποθεσία και το πραγματικά ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Η ηχομόνωση.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ενώ δεν μιλούσε κατά το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό τη γερμανική γλώσσα δεν μιλούσαν ικανοποιητικά ούτε την αγγλική.
Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με την καθαριότητα ειδικά στο μπάνιο.
Στα πρωινό διαπιστώσαμε τουλάχιστον 2 ημέρες να έχουν προσφέρει μπαγιάτικα ψωμάκια.
Επίσης οι κουρτίνες στο ένα παράθυρο ήταν ξηλωμένες αλλά τέσσερις ημέρες κανείς δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να τις φτιάξει.

A very hot but short weekend break in Berlin
Pros:

The hotel is in a good, relatively quiet location surrounded by some good independent coffee shops and close to the U-Bahn which runs fairly regularly. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly also.

Cons:

We stayed during the June heatwave and the bedroom aircon was not equipped for cooling us down enough which led to very warm nights of broken sleep. I would suggest the hotel considers reviewing the room aircon units for event of potential heat waves and guest comfort. In addition I ordered a Hugo Spritz at the hotel bar and got a mojito like drink instead (made with lemon syrup and cava). More training potentially required for bartenders on cocktail making
