Pros:

The staffs are all very nice. We didn't book any activities in advance so we just asked the hotel to handle it for us. Even though we informed then quite late, everything was handled perfectly in the morning. The location is well located near the centre. The breakfast is also tasty. Overall we're very satisfied.

Cons:

The shower space is a little cramped.

Хорошее расположение. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. В номере было тепло и чисто. Аутентичный интерьер. Вкусный завтрак с красивым видом на город. Удобные матрасы и подушки. В отеле можно забронировать экскурсии и полеты на шаре.

Cons:

Освещение могло бы быть немного поярче.

Très bien.
Pros:

La chambre était très propre et suffisamment grande pour 4 adultes. La salle de bain aussi très bien et dans la chambre.
Le personnel est très gentil et a été de très bon conseil pour l'organisation des visites, tour en montgolfières, lessive, navette aéroport...
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et fait maison.
L'hôtel est vraiment à 2 pas du centre ville à pied, et surtout légèrement sur les hauteurs ce qui rend la vue magnifique, et surtout loin du bruit et de l'agitation du centre ville.
Sa localisation est très proche des points de vues pour admirer les montgolfières, et nous pouvons partir randonner/visiter la Cappadoce très facilement.

Cons:

Si vous avez une voiture, il n'y a pas de parking et les rues sont en pente et étroites, il est préférable de se garer dans le centre et monter à l'hôtel à pied, mais franchement, cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous.

La ubicación es buena. Cama cómoda, habitación amplia. Bonita terraza, se ven los globos. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Tapa del baño suelta (leí esto en un comentario más antiguo y aún no había sido arreglada). Escalera empinada y algo irregular, me parece peligrosa.
Nos habían ofrecido recogernos en el aeropuerto, pero nunca llegaron. El primer día nos ofrecieron 2 tours con guía en español, alcanzamos a hacer el primero y luego nos dijeron que se habían equivocado en el precio, y que si queríamos hacer el 2do tour, tendríamos que pagar 25 euros más, por persona. Recomiendo no tomar estos servicios adicionales con ellos. Poca seriedad.

La habitación y la terraza son hermosas.
El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Nos tocó la habitación 101, es la primera de todas y se escucha todo el ruido del bar del frente, la gente que esta en la recepción cuando llegan o se van, los que pasan charlando por la calle. Pudimos dormir muy poco las 3 noches.

Struttura molto caratteristica e curata nei dettagli! Al nostro arrivo il ragazzo più giovane della reception ci ha accolte fuori dal portone di ingresso e ci ha spiegato veramente tutto! Davvero davvero gentilissimo! La nostra stanza aveva una vista fantastica su locali e panorama oltre che molto ampia e comoda! Colazione molto buona su una terrazza che permette di vedere la partenza delle mongolfiere ad un palmo di naso! Staff molto attento a tutte le richieste, impeccabili i transfer ed il volo in mongolfiera prenotati presso di loro! Ottima struttura in tutto 🤩 Grazie mille per il soggiorno da favola ♥️

Good value - great spot for sitting and enjoying the view
Pros:

Warm with heating, comfortable bed, nice terrace with view of the balloons and town where you can have your own snacks and drinks unlike many other properties with bars and restaurants on their terrace.

Cons:

The accommodation is great. I didn’t like the constant crappy music from next door every night until 12 even if the bar has no patrons. If you like Toto rains in Africa, Abba and the same music over and over again you’re fine. This is an issue across all of Goreme though 😂
