Guzel!
Pros:

Otel merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor. Ortamı sakin, personeli ise güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Fiyat/performans açısından gayet başarılı. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım ve rahat bir şekilde konakladım. Tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Tek olumsuz yanı, resepsiyonda da belirttiğim gibi, yan odadan gelen seslerin kendi odamdan duyulmasıydı. Örneğin banyodayken yan odadaki konuşmaları duyabiliyordum. Yatakta uzanırken de komşu odadan gelen sesler duyuluyordu.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Está en zona céntrica pero tranquila. Queda todo muy cerca, desde atracciones turísticas hasta paradas de buses.
El hotel y la habitación muy bien. Al principio hubo un error con la habitación pero inmediatamente nos cambiaron a una mejor, con vista a la calle y más amplia.

We stayed in the Diamond Royal Hotel for 4 days. And it was a great experience! Goof value for money, the breakfasts were okay, room was kept clean. Staff is amazing, very helpful if you have any questions!!! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel with an amazing location (we could get to all the important landmarks by foot in 10-15 minutes max).

ЧУдово проведений час в Стамбулі і готелі. Сподіваємось повернутись до вас ще раз .
Pros:

Чудове розташування, до всіх визначних місць легко дійти пішки. Поруч багато кав'ярень та магазинів. Дуже привітний та доброзичливий персонал, особливо за стійкою реєстрації, завжди приходили на допомогу у всіх питаннях. В нас був тримісний номер, доволі чисто , прибирали і міняли рушники кожен день. Вночі доволі тихо та зручні ліжка, що давало змогу гарно відпочити та виспатись. Непоганий сніданок, трохи одноматний, але голодними ніколи не лишались). Окрема подяка робітниці хамаму, масаж просто чудовий, дійсно приносить розслаблення та відпочинок . Дякує мо за чудовий прийом та відпочинок!

Єдиний недолік, що на сайті вказано наявність праски, але її немає. Але можна замовити прасування окремо.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje malutkie i ciemne. Śniadanie ok. Każdy coś znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Za taką cenę nie ma co narzekać. Lokalizacja wygrywa. Centrum i Bosfor na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich sehr gut. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren bequem zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir zunächst ein günstiges Zimmer gebucht und waren schockiert, wie klein es war – selbst für eine Person kaum nutzbar. Nach einer Nacht haben wir gegen Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer genommen. Dieses war deutlich schöner und geräumiger.

Leider war das Badezimmer überhaupt nicht sauber. In der Toilette waren noch Urin und Rückstände vom vorherigen Gast, auch das Waschbecken war schmutzig. Ich musste alles selbst desinfizieren und putzen. Das war für uns absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung. Viele Speisen wirkten alt und nicht frisch. Nach einem Frühstück hatten wir sogar Magenbeschwerden und haben das bereits bezahlte Frühstück an den restlichen Tagen nicht mehr genutzt. Deshalb können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen zum Frühstück leider überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Das Personal war freundlich, aber insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Für diesen Preis gibt es in Sirkeci deutlich sauberere Hotels mit einem viel besseren Frühstück. Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine Mischung aus positiven und negativen Erfahrungen.
