Pros:

Toilet is wet everywhere when I first come to check. Shoes are unclean, it obviously reuse again and again. Cups are dirty. I can see coffee stain in the cup. We should change the room but we are so tired. We didn't do it.

Beds are in good conditon. Staffs are nice.

nothing like..i expect all is alredy plan.. have some isue for our room.. not yet ready..late register.. our blanket very dirty.. have some water in our mattress.. the toilet also dont have hot water.. need to clean and check.. pls

Overall ok.. Sangat dekat dengan pasar kea. Cuma tidak sesuai untuk warga emas kerana tiada lif. semua bilik perlu menaiki tangga. parking senang.

Pros -
1. location is close to boh tea plantation/ cameron square mall and etc. Saves time if u r travelling on holiday season because closer to attractions.
2. The cafe downstairs serves good food only open at night.

Cons -
1. Room very run down. The toilet cannot be locked. The lock on the main entrance seems loose very insecure. The windows handle is missing very hard to open or close.
2. Cleanliness - toilet stinks.
3. Bad soundproofing. I can hear kids yelling and people coming back at late night.
4. Reception - reception in basement and car park is difficult to find even it is stated onsite.
5. Limited eateries during day time.

Will never go back to this hotel again.

Pros:

It was an amazing stay at Kea..The location was so superb and it just walking distance to the market. Definitely will stay at this place next time.

5th time’s a charm?
Pros:

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. However, this time, the wifi service was unavailable AT ALL the whole 2 days of my stay. The hot water service cannot be used too. It has never happened before and I’m disappointed that it happened this time...

1. Cheapest than the rest hotel nearby ,cheap doesn't mean not good! :)
2. But no lift! :P got to exercise your leg going up stairs
3. Comfortable, clean room, tidy bed and toilet is in good condition. Shower got heater, no worries.
4. Best is, it's near by to BOH TEA PLANTATION sg Palas. out of hotel at 8 am ,go to breakfast at cafe nearby Aranda nova and you just at front junction up hill to BOH tea plantation, et voila!
5. 15 minutes to Brinchang weekend night market!
6. Nearby to others attractive places too.
7. Front of this hotel got 'Morning Market" continuous along the road nearby
8. Most important is you out of heavy traffic congestion!:D
