Odalys City Apartment Hotel - Montpellier Centre Gare Saint Roch

Tout était bien conforme ,seul bémol si on loue une chambre d’hôtel avec cuisine c’est que l’on veut prendre ses repas in situ alors une cafetière serait le minimum

Staff rude and unhelpful when asked about suggested things to do. Check-in time adhered to without checking if room available. Hallway carpet filthy. Room was large with well equipped kitchen. Walls scuffed bathroom door had multiple unidentified fluids on it. Bathroom ceiling stained and light not working due to water damage

AC could have been better,, but hotel staff excellent at finding us a room with good AC. Also wasn't aware of no daily room turnover service. Staff very helpful, would stay again.

Great hotel and great staff no complications

There's a distinct difference between A and B. Fortunately, having booked 2 rooms, my travelling companion got the 1st floor in Block A. Scrumptiously beautiful. I was given a ground floor in Block B. It was a one-night stay and great if you wish to sleep in. However you'll miss a great breakfast. I was shocked by how dark my room was, and for a second night, I would have needed to move. Utilitarian and basic. The breakfast room in Block A, is splendid, as is the selection for breakfast. Fresh juice. Fresh coffee.

The room is completely different from the one that was on the picture and there was a hole on the sheet on the bed and there was a small cockroach in the bathroom

Uncomfortable , disorganised, rooms with electrics not working, smashed window, noisy area, homeless people outside.
Particularly hot and rooms only have fans but it is a very old building.
Breakfast very expensive for a poor offering. Limited choices unless you like bread and croissants which there were plenty .

The property was close to all amenities. Train station across the street. Walking distance to the main shopping plaza area. Many lovely dining options.

Very convenient location but this property has seen better days. The carpets in the hallways are dirty, stained and worn, the "laundry" is in a dank, untidy basement room, a bedside light was broken, the kitchenette lacked some basics like a dishcloth and both the dishwasher and refrigerator were smelly. It was okay for a few nights but cannot recommend for an extended stay.

There was a bad odor in the bathroom which we disinfected to remove the smell,and the hot water in the shower was not consistent. The sofa cover was very old and worn and the safe in the room was broken. We overlooked these things because the location was perfect for us,just steps away from the train station, tram stops,and the historical centre.

Lovely room with nice ensuite, lounge and small kitchen area. Ideal location, short walk to Comedie and old town, tram stops outside hotel and next to main station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again when I. Montpellier

It was a great location. Very quiet

The room was on the ground floor and had little light. I had expressed a concern about this at check-in which the staff disregarded. However, the location and services (kitchen) were very convenient. Some items in the room needed a touch up or repairs (bedside lamp)

Property was in a perfect location to get around. Train station accross the road and tram stop outside the door. Short walk to laundromat and comedy square. Room and bathroom both good size. Kitchenette and small table and chairs as well. All round good accomodation.

I arrived at hotel and the lovely lady at the counter was very kind to let me leave my luggage while I explored the city. She was also very patient as I practiced my French! I’m here attending a language course and she made me feel welcome. I love Montpellier! I will recommend! ✨

My concern was bathroom safety. There was no rubber mat in the tub no any grab bars to hold onto. I slipped and fell while getting out of the tub . Luckily not hurt but I am sore . The lack of communication at the desk while checking out made it difficult to convey this concern.

Amazing stay

The staff were very professional, accommodating and helpful.

Kettle didnt work although they did replace. No replacement of towels unless we paid for them. Accomodation was average.
