La zona y las habitaciones estan muy limpias el trato bueno

El desayuno es muy rico las personas muy amables
La ubicación junto a la plaza comercial y la disponibilidad de estacionamiento. Buena iluminación y habitación amplia.
La cama y almohadas que no me parecieron cómodas. El colchón muy rígido y las almohadas no son suaves.
Todo muy bien como siempre..... si se vale solo pediría un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno...... x lo demás excelente, atención, limpieza y servicio

La atención y paciencia de la señorita que nos recibio y justo le toco despedirnos. Muy buena atencion, en general de todos, pero de ella nos llevamos muy buena imagen. El colchon me encanto
Estaria bien que pongan una mesita para ir poniendo los platos que desocupamos
La limpieza y la ubicación
Las almohadas son incomodas con una sola funda que muestra el relleno desgatado y en mal estado, el desayuno está muy frio, creo que si tiene un horario de servicio durante ese horario se debe mantener los alimentos calientes y con buena presentación y la calidad de lo que se oferta siempre se debería mantener durante el servicio.
No contaban con agua caliente para bañarse apagaron las calderas con el pretexto de que así lo hacían y no estaba en sus manos poder prenderles ya después de hablar varias veces e insistir en un reembolso las prendieron hasta la 3 am
La ubicacion y el precio eran muy buenos
El desayuno incluido no era tan variado, en la otra sucursal el desayuno esta mas surtido.
