Didn't have it.
The room wasn't clean. The bedsheets and blankets smelled like the last person that slept on them. Pillows were lumpy. The bathroom stunk like urine.
Bed was comfortable
I reserved a king room they tried to put me in a double room when I said something he tried to say they didn't have a king I told them that's what I reserved that's what I want if they didn't have it either refund my money or give me two more nights free they found a king room that was available I didn't expect service like this from Best Western maybe the should hire people who speak English as a primary language not someone from Indian who speaks it as a secondary language

The receptionist did her best to be friendly and courteous. She made check-in a quick process. The location and price and very good. The air conditioner worked well in the room which helped mitigate the odor.
The room was OK, but there was a lingering odor of tobacco smoke. Additionally, there was some form of dark substance on the top of the toilet, which I personally wiped clean before use. The television also did not have all of the capabilities that it was supposed to have - unable to connect to the internet, no TV guide.

Room was dirty, there were brown stains on the bathroom wall and debris on the carpet.

Hotel lobby is nice and staff are welcoming. Our room was dated—which is okay—but grout in shower appeared dirty. I don’t think it was but I don’t like having to guess about that. The room in the “wing”we stayed in had a damp feel and smelled a bit mildewy. We were too tired to care. The rest of the hotel did not seem to have that problem.
Overall the stay was fine, especially for just sleeping, but I would likely not stay again.

Roaches and bugs in the guest rooms for $360!!
We booked a 2 night stay and immediately upon entering the room there was a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. We requested to change rooms with the reception desk. They were not at all shocked and seemed very confused why we were upset. In the next room, it appeared fine until we were packing up and saw another live bug. The property did not offer any compensation.
Guest rooms were not properly cleaned, very outdated and highly understaffed.
