Very good and comfortable stay 😊
Pros:

The room and the location were very good. It had an old home vibe which is rare to find in stays nowadays. All amenities were present. They were kind enough to let us keep the luggage when we arrived early, and use washroom for quickly getting ready. The room was huge, clean, and super comfortable for 2 people.

Its right next to the bus stop and all the shops are nearby. The terrace was nice, and gave a good view of Hot Air Balloons early morning. The kitchen staff was very kind and promplty prepared egg dishes on request.

Cons:

1. There was no elevator to access upper floors which can be an issue.

2. The garden was not maintained as shown in pics, otherwise I would have given a 9/10.

3. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but had limited options.

4. Rooftop can be maintained even better for taking pics with Balloons.

Good interiors and vibes if you can look past the DIY stuffs. Comfortable beds and Breakfast was good. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Very easy access across the attaractions.

Central location in Goreme great value hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very central to Goreme town centre where there are loads of bars and restuarants, even Indian and Chinese food. The room was lovely and quiet at night but we were woken early by a yoga class in the courtyard below doing loud Omming!
The breakfast buffet was served on the top floor terrace, which had great views. The selection was very good and you could ask for a freshly cooked omlette. The bathroom was compact but clean and the bedroom felt like a cave house even though it was a modern build. You can walk from the hotel up through Pigeon valley to Uchisar Castle very easily from here. Steep in places though so wear sensible shoes.

Cons:

One of the twin beds was very creaky and the pillow was very lumpy. There was only a small rail and a couple of hangers for clothes. No safe.
The juice at breakfast was orange squash not real juice.

The location is great! Very quiet and the shopping area is within 5 minutes. The breakfast has variety everyday. The staff are all friendly! Will choose this one when traveling again in this beautiful place!

A very pleasant stay made especially by Kubilay’s outstanding customer service. He provided excellent logistical assistance upon my arrival and offered brilliant recommendations for local sightseeing and cost-effective shopping areas in the district. His hospitality at the hotel was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff performance. The hotel has beautiful garden, super great breakfast, and wonderful view of Terrance 👍

Pros:

The cave room is indeed a gem; the hotel is found within the main town Goreme, however it is located in a rather peaceful area where you cannot hear loud traffic. My partner and I were happy in our stay of 4 nights. Kubilay's communication was prompt and superb. He was very kind to accommodate my request to decorate the room for my partner's birthday, something that he went beyond my expectations! The housekeepers were also very pleasant and friendly. Overall, we recommend this hotel, especially as first timers to Capadoccia!

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Nice staff with good helpful advice and tips , terrace for breakfast with nice view. Feels like a house . Very nice breakfast

Cons:

A bit Noisy during night for quest leaving for ballon rides , but we did this aswell. :)
