Loved the staff, facility, and location!
Pros:

Great overnight stay.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to go. Easy to find. Staff was great & very friendly. Liked having a full size fridge. Clean & felt safe.

Cons:

We knew there wasn't a free breakfast but thought the room service was a bit expensive. Plus, we weren't sure how fast they'd get to us & we had a schedule to meet. Rather have even cereal, juice, coffee & muffins. Doesn't need to be a hot breakfast.

Pros:

I thought it was really cool all the amenities in the room like the microwave, stove and bottles of shower necessities in the bathroom. The staff was polite and communicated well

Cons:

The street by the hotel is not lit up well and it’s very easy to miss the entrance. The refrigerator in the room generated so much condensation over night that our pizza box got soaked through and our pizza was ruined by morning

Pros:

Very clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable as was the room. I loved that there was plenty of channels on the TV for the evening to relax.

Cons:

Advertising states kitchenette which was a big selling point. Since I was on a road trip, i packed food to prepare using the kitchenette, but the hotel does not supply any type of cooking utensils, no silverware, no plates, cups or pots/pans. I talked to the very nice guy at the front desk and he found me a plate, knife and fork but I still could not cook anything. They do offer to 'sell' utensils, but what was I to do with them after i leave?
