Le personnel de l'accueil m'a aidé pendant une heure pour gérer l'annulation de mon bateau que j'ai découvert au moment du check-out en me permettant d'appeler depuis son téléphone et en faisant les traductions avec les interlocuteurs qui ne parlaient pas anglais (pour mes autres hébergements chez l'habitant des nuits suivantes à contacter puisque je ne pouvais pas m'y rendre) c'était vraiment fait de bon cœur et je la remercie encore

Cons:

Les draps avaient des petites saletés et deux cheveux probablement laissés en faisant les lits, qui effectivement ne sont pas très faciles d'accès pour les femmes de ménage qui doivent se mettre dessus pour les border d'un côté je pense qu'elles n'ont pas le choix

Veldig hyggelig betjening!
Hadde ikke sett meg inn i hva Smart hotell er.Så ble overrasket over at det ikke var renhold i helgene, men løste seg m ekstra håndklær og redde opp sengen.

Takk for godt opphold og service.
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet, god frokost og veldig hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Hammerfest kommune trenger ikke å ha vegarbeid midt i sentrum til klokken 24.00. Man kan gi beskjed til kommunen at de slutter å jobbe til 23.00 pga gjester og turister som bruker byen i høysesongen.
