Decepcionante.
Pros:

La atención del personal, que son muy amables.

Cons:

Básicamente todo lo demás. Está muy caro para lo que es, las habitaciones no tienen ventilación ni extractor, el aire acondicionado huele demasiado a humedad, es carísimo para lo viejo que está.

Pros:

En general todo bien, limpio, amplio, excelente ubicación frente al mar y la bahía, los alrededores solo son citadinos no es zona de comercios, restaurantes, bares o antros por lo tanto es tranquilo

Adequate accommodations but not at the top of my list to stay again.
Pros:

Bathroom and shower was nice. Gym was disappointing in terms of quality and amount of equipment.

Lobby bar ran out of red wine on New Year's Eve!

Standard big hotel, nothing special.
Pros:

Sea view and a regular room, rather in the lower range of what to expect in a 4-star-hotel. The pool is nice.

Cons:

Veracruz itself is not really a place we would need to return to. The hotel is okay but from a 4-star-hotel, we are used this standard or better. No fridge in the room :-(.
Breakfast was extremely overpaid so we had breakfast for 25% of the price outside.

El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El estacionamiento huele horrible, las habitaciones (el ducto de aire acondicionado) huelen espantoso a humedad, como olor a moho viejo. Las toallas están viejas, la habitación tiene CERO ventilación, ni extractor dell baño ni una ventana se puede abrir. Para ser "vista al mar" está pequeñísimo y caro. Las fotoos son muchísimo mejores de lo que es en realidad.

No cambian los tendidos, no renovaron el servicio de café dejaron el anterior, no limpiaron bien mal servicio no volvería y menos por el precio no va de a la atención

La comodidad fue muy buena, en general el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable. El estacionamiento muy accesible y seguro.

Cons:

El hotel es algo viejo, instalaciones en buen estado pero necesita mejoras.
El sonido del segundo piso se transmina hacia el 3er piso cuando tienen eventos. Las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido y el ruido de la calle se transmina al cuarto.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación para ir a correr el Maratón de veracruz y para salir a pasear.

Cons:

Me tocaron posadas y eventos en el hotel y por la noche había mucho ruido.
