La atención del personal, que son muy amables.

Cons:

Básicamente todo lo demás. Está muy caro para lo que es, las habitaciones no tienen ventilación ni extractor, el aire acondicionado huele demasiado a humedad, es carísimo para lo viejo que está.

Pros:

En general todo bien, limpio, amplio, excelente ubicación frente al mar y la bahía, los alrededores solo son citadinos no es zona de comercios, restaurantes, bares o antros por lo tanto es tranquilo

Adequate accommodations but not at the top of my list to stay again.
Pros:

Bathroom and shower was nice. Gym was disappointing in terms of quality and amount of equipment.

Lobby bar ran out of red wine on New Year's Eve!

Standard big hotel, nothing special.
Pros:

Sea view and a regular room, rather in the lower range of what to expect in a 4-star-hotel. The pool is nice.

Cons:

Veracruz itself is not really a place we would need to return to. The hotel is okay but from a 4-star-hotel, we are used this standard or better. No fridge in the room :-(.
Breakfast was extremely overpaid so we had breakfast for 25% of the price outside.
