Probably won’t stay there again!
Pros:

I liked the location. The Staff was nice. There was a particular cleaning lady that works so hard (short, short hair) She was nice and a very hard worker.. unfortunately the building is too big for one person to maintain it.

Cons:

The room was hot. The room smelled awful like mold. The bathroom lights were very poor we could hardly see!

El hotel es bueno, tiene una excelente ubicación en el boulevard del maravilloso puerto de Veracruz. El trato y las instalaciones buenas.

La atención del personal, que son muy amables.

Cons:

Básicamente todo lo demás. Está muy caro para lo que es, las habitaciones no tienen ventilación ni extractor, el aire acondicionado huele demasiado a humedad, es carísimo para lo viejo que está.

Pros:

En general todo bien, limpio, amplio, excelente ubicación frente al mar y la bahía, los alrededores solo son citadinos no es zona de comercios, restaurantes, bares o antros por lo tanto es tranquilo
