An dem Tag als wir angekommen sind, war leider niemand vor Ort. Wir waren ganz alleine in der Unterkunft und der Pool war an diesem Tag nicht zu benutzen. Bis wir abends nochmal eine Nachricht geschrieben haben gab es auch kein warmes Wasser.

Lovely premise. Nicely laid out with a beautiful view

Cons:

After check out, we were not able to leave our luggage in a secure area. They told us we needed to extend our room for 370 pesos / £12 despite having no other guests and plenty of empty rooms that could have been used for this purpose. We therefore had to leave with our big backpacks and subsequently could not visit the cultural museum or any art galleries. This hotel ruined our Ajijic visit with this decision. On top of this, no hot water, ceiling fan did not work but we would have overlooked this if they were accommodating.

Pros:

It was very quiet and relaxing. We had a very enjoyable stay here. Everyone could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend it but you do need to rent a car.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was bit off the beaten path with beautiful views.
Pros:

Lake views were lovely. Clean, comfortable bed. Birds in the lake and in the garden were a welcome sight.

Cons:

A tea kettle and some coffee would be a great addition. We arrived at 7:30 P.M., and nobody was available for check in. The problem was solved after a phone call, though. Be sure to inform the hotel when you will be arriving.
