Pros:

This hotel is perfectly situated within easy walk of the Old Town and main Cathderal. The staff go the extra mile and especially helped with printing boarding passes when online with phone didn’t work. The beds were very comfortable. I have only positive things to say and I would return. This Canadian was impressed of the value received for a three night stay

Cons:

The room didn’t have much of a view. It was interior which was fine. The sitting area had a lovely view and balcony to the street.

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro de Cuenca a dos cuadras de la plaza principal, cerca de restaurantes y comercio. La habitación amplia y aseada, el desayuno muy completo con fruta, jugo, huevos, pan y café o chocolate. Tiene parqueadero sin costo adicional a 3 cuadras del hotel. Todo el personal fue muy atento
