Feo, mala experiencia
Pros:

El personal, sin ser especialmente amables, al menos eran atentos

Cons:

Atención: hay DOS hoteles Santa Lucía en Cuenca, y por error caí en éste.
La habitación horrible, estrecha, no caben dos personas normales, no hay donde poner la maleta, no hay espacio adecuado para l ropa ni suficiente luz. El baño (lo menos malo) simplón, toallas viejas que parecían trapo para el piso; no hubo crema para manos y ningún accesorio de limpieza extra.
Habíamos pagado por dos noches (el hotel cobra TODO al llegar). Apenas entramos a la habitación (por la tarde) decidimos ir a otro hotel la mañana siguiente. Así lo informamos a la persona a cargo, para obtener la devolución de lo pagado por el segundo día. El día siguiente, temprano a las 8h00, desocupamos la habitación porque íbamos a a una excursión; las maletas las dejamos en recepción, para recogerlas a nuestro regreso e irnos al otro hotel. Al rato nos comunican que NO habría reembolso, que estábamos OBLIGADOS por contrato a pagar la segunda noche. Al retirar las maletas por la tarde, 16h00, las habían METIDO EN LA HABITACIÓN, ya no estaban en recepción del hotel, y nos hicieron entrar a la habitación (que habíamos desocupado esa mañana) para sacar las maletas. ¡Vaya servicio, no les importa maltratar a un cliente, con tal de quedarse con su dinero! Continuamos con el reclamo y ratificaron que no devolverían el dinero ya que la habitación había sido desocupada a las 16h00 luego de la hora máxima para el check-out. ¿Qué tal?
Tengo fotos tomadas a las 8h00 de que las maletas quedaron en recepción. Se lo dije a ellos pero poco les importó.
Presenté el reclamo a través de esta plataforma pero no he tenido noticias.
Otro punto es el sector donde está el hotel. Es verdad que es el centro de Cuenca, pero es una calle fea, no muy limpia, poco iluminada, con poca circulación de peatones a partir del anochecer, y algo alejada de la zona bonita del centro de la ciudad.
Asi que mucha atención con este hotel. Recuerde: hay DOS Santa Lucía. Por el precio, no se deje engañar, éste no es el bueno.

The staff are wonderful -so accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious. Good place :)
Cons:

My room was right outside the eating area and front desk, so it wasn't as quiet as I would have liked. Even with that, I enjoyed my stay, but would have preferred a room further from that space.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage war top - in wenigen Minuten waren wir am Hauptplatz.
Obwohl wir sehr früh am Abreisetag losgehen mussten, wurde uns ein leckeres Frühstück serviert. Vielen Dank dafür!

Pros:

El alojamiento muy bonito cerca del centro histórico, y el desayuno increíble, no es bufet pero está muy delicioso igual. Limpio, y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Quizás el suelo que es parqué, y suena cada que caminas pero intuyo que es la esencia del sitio ya que tiene un estilo vintage.
