Comfortable and central
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the city and wonderful staff.

Cons:

Cold water was provided but hot water would have been useful too. Even better would be a kettle in the room. Some lamps in the room would also be useful. The reading lamps were a bit strange.

We enjoyed the hotel very much and had a lovely stay in Cuenca.
Pros:

The breakfast space and food was very good. Great location. The price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. We like the older building design but sound does carry. It was quiet at night but sound does carry in the building. We were glad we had the junior suite as it was large and had the benefit of two windows for ventilation plus a ceiling fan.

Cons:

If creaking floors and hall noise bother you and you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. No street noise heard and it was quiet at night but the building is older so sound carries.
