Pros:

النظافة و الهدوء و الطاقم البشوش و المسبح البسيط و رحابة الغرفة

Cons:

ربما كانت غرفتي في اطلالة غير مناسبة فعليا .. لان عند تنظيف العامل مشاتل النباتات كان قريب من النافذة جدا وفي الصباح الباكر ولولا وجود الستارة لكام هناك انتهاك للخصوصية !!

Clean, comfortable and good looking hotel
Pros:

Very clean looking hotel. The lobby is beautifully designed with nice wall-art. The staff is so polite to open the door for you, hail taxis and help you enter or exit the car. The cleaning staff is friendly, polite and hard working to make the rooms clean. My compliments to them. Overall I had a really good stay, close to all the shops, government buildings and the Monumen Nasional. No noise from the roads. Recommended stay!

Cons:

The only minor point of criticism is the elevator not having an AC, but don't let that keep you from not booking here

Wonderful meeting experience in Mercure Sabang
Pros:

I had a great experience hosting a meeting at Mercure Sabang. The staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful, and extremely patient in assisting with all our meeting needs. They were responsive, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The food was also excellent — delicious and well-prepared. Our team really enjoyed it!

Special appreciation to Mas Randy and Mas Wildany for their outstanding support and service throughout the meeting. Thank you for making our event successful and comfortable. Highly recommended for both meetings and stays!
