Wonderful meeting experience in Mercure Sabang
Pros:

I had a great experience hosting a meeting at Mercure Sabang. The staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful, and extremely patient in assisting with all our meeting needs. They were responsive, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The food was also excellent — delicious and well-prepared. Our team really enjoyed it!

Special appreciation to Mas Randy and Mas Wildany for their outstanding support and service throughout the meeting. Thank you for making our event successful and comfortable. Highly recommended for both meetings and stays!

Pros:

This is a good inner city hotel. We stayed for one night before catching our train out of Gambir station. The room was clean & the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful. It's within a 15-20 minute walk to Gambir station.

Cons:

It's a busy inner city hotel so not very homely but that wasn't what we were looking for.

Great Hotel in Central Jakarta
Pros:

I stayed at Mercure Jakarta Sabang and it was amazing. The room was huge with an amazing view of the pool. The breakfast buffet was also lit, with so many options to choose from. Thank you for friendly staff . Will come back again!

Cool and centrally located family hotel
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Jakarta, close to the city’s main attractions, and they organised an interesting walking tour for us. We stayed in the Games Centre Suite, which is a cool suite to stay in with kids. It’s inspired by games like Mario Bros and Tetris. The food at the hotel was great too.
