A comfortable stay in a bustling city
Pros:

We were very happy with the size of our room and the quality of the furnishings. We also enjoyed the included breakfast there were so many choices and the staff was helpful in pointing out things to try.

Personeel is vriendelijk. Zeer uitgebreid Europees en Aziatisch ontbijt

Cons:

Kamer was niet koel te krijgen. Bedden zijn aan de harde kant. In de omgeving is weinig te doen.

Pros:

Le lieu, à 2 pas des commerces restaurants, vie citadine, la propreté du lieu, l’attention du personnel, magnifique lieu et petit dejeuner vraiment très varié.

Cons:

Rien en particulier concernant l’hotel en lui même
, le bruit qu'on pu faire un groupe de personnes dans le hall mais ça se n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Mais de l’éducation de chacun.

Really pleasant experience
Pros:

Hotel staff were warm and friendly. The room was elegant and the dining experience was great. If you’re planning to shop in central Jakarta, then this location is ideal. You’ll find authentic street food just a 5 min walk away whilst Grand Indonesia mall is a 10 min drive away. Overall, really pleasant experience.

Doesn’t feel like a 4 star because of the electrics and lack of any wine
Pros:

Staff polite and attentive. Location good.

Cons:

Faulty electrics. All lights kept coming on middle of night and made sleeping impossible for one night. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night. 5 nights at this hotel and every night asked for a glass of wine (red or white). Didn’t have any ?? They hoover outside your bedroom door at 7.20am and tap your door for cleaning at 8am! Felt like a 2 star in terms of facilities
