Location was nice
Construction, we received a call the day of instead of notification before hand , if we cancelled we would of been charged
Staff were pleasant and helpful. But because I booked with Booking.com I didn't get an invoice at the front desk?! I've used them all over the world and always had a local invoice...
Well, hmm, let's see; nothing like laborers working in the hallways with plaster as you go back and forth to create the atmosphere of a Tijuana truck stop. The work crew getting ground floor accommodations and eating lunch/breakfast in the halls were an added treat. The elevator was closed over-night for some reason and so got to carry everything down the steps on my bum knee. The breakfast was barely on par with field chow in the Army. I ate only a little and pitched the rest. And why no coffee in the breakfast room itself? I went to the Perkins on Elm Rd for some decent food. Water pressure was minimal due to corporate concerns about the planet. Hint: Lake Erie has billions of gallons of
I love this hotel. The staff is excellent and breakfast and snacks were also very nice. Hotel is very clean.
I had requested 1st floor, but, was told it was closed for renovations. When we arrived, there were many 1st floor rooms being used. Also, requested 2 beds but room only had 1. Was not comfortable for my granddaughter. Then the shower was Luke warm. Also, water was shut off at 9am the morning we left. The stay was different than my 1st stay here. I just feel like the cost of the stay should have been adjusted. We were also told the pool would be closed for renovations, so didn't plan on using it, but it never did close.
very clean hotel
It wasn't so good when the fire alarm went off at 2:30am, my child plus many others that was staying at the hotel had a very important competition the following morning, my child was exhausted as she could not go back to sleep. Price was a little expensive as well.
Very clean modern facility with extremely helpful and courteous staff! GOOD value and location near several businesses and easy access to restaurants.
The season didn't allow for use of some of the outdoor amenities. Not a fault of the hotel. will enjoy on future visits.
The front desk was so helpful and explained everything they was remodeling but it was so nice and clean and smelled new the lady working the breakfast bar was amazing
