The room and property were perfect.
Pros:

We stayed here on our way home. We had a great dinner in the Warren downtown that was really good. The beds were super comfortable with a variety of pillow sizes offered and marked. The property is very well maintained. There is a really pretty outside area to also enjoy.

We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Comfortable big room, overlooking new patio with waterfall off the indoor pool. Also great breakfast included. Good restaurants nearby

Very clean, accommodating, and comfortable hotel to stay at!
Pros:

breakfast had everything we wanted....coffee was always available.....the lady in charge (Ghada) was extremely helpful and told us if we needed anything, she would get it for us....she was a pleasure dealing with her for the two mornings we were there. Also, Tracy at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at the hotel. The cookies and ice cream at night are a very nice extra touch!

Cons:

when we left our hotel room on Sunday around 11:45 am, we took the do not disturb sign off the front of the door, but when we got back to the hotel at 5:oo pm, we saw our room was not cleaned and we didn't have any clean towles; however, the person on duty at the front desk (we think his name was Jackson) gave us all the towels we needed for the rest of the night.

Pros:

Front staff was very helpful during renovations with explaining check in changes and workers were quiet and professional. Very nice and clean facility and room. Enjoyed the breakfast . Will definitely return here when in the area again
