Pros:

車の都合で奥側の駐車場が利用できない旨をフロントスタッフへ伝えたところ、快く臨時駐車場を案内して頂きました。
嫌な顔せず親切に対応して下さり、大変嬉しかったです。
また利用したい施設です！

大浴場が改装中なため、室内ﾕﾆｯﾄﾊﾞｽを使用しました。
昔ながらのﾂｰﾊﾝﾄﾞﾙｼｬﾜｰ水栓だったため、40℃程度の水温を作るのにとても大変でした。
一度止めてしまうとまた最初から温度調整をしなくてはならないのが大変だったので、体を洗っている時もずっとお湯を出し続けてしまいました。
無駄な水を使ってしまい申し訳ありませんでした。
ｼｬﾜｰﾍｯﾄﾞのｽﾄｯﾌﾟﾀｲﾌﾟなら止められます。
ご検討お願いします。

ベッド付近にコンセントなし、髪乾かす時が不便。
Pros:

客室はルームキーで入室。照明の電源はルームキーを差し込んで集中電源をONするタイプ。
部屋の照明は電球のみで蛍光灯がないため暗いです。
天然温泉があるホテルで、5Fで受付をして、６Fが温泉です。２Fに宿泊しましたが、エレベータ前に自販機とランドリーが1台、電子レンジが1台設置されていました。

要望をいえば、ベッド付近にコンセントが欲しかったのと、髪を乾かす際、鏡が欲しかったですね。鏡はユニットバスにしかなく、ユニットバスにもコンセントはありますがウォシュレット用です。
