Pros:

建物が古いせいもあり、館内が大変寒かったです。物理的な問題なので仕方ないかなとは思いました。スタッフの方の対応、サービスはとてもよかったです。ロビー、お部屋からの眺望は最高でした。特にサンセットは感動しました。時間が掲示されていたのも親切でした。

Pros:

部屋からの海の眺めがよかったです。また、露天風呂から満月がみれたので、最高でした。少し老朽化してきましたが、快適にすごせました。

Pros:

車までマイクロバスで送って頂いたが、待ち時間がとても長かった。フロントの案内と外で案内する係の方との連携をしっかりして、お客さんのストレスにならないように配慮した方がより良いと思います。

老朽化とできる事。
Pros:

モーニングの会場の下のじゅうたんが汚すぎる。下とテーブルクロスをかえるだけで、全然変わると思います。

保養に最適な立地環境
Pros:

景色と温泉が大変魅力ある立地でした。また、長期滞在も良いのではと思います。部屋もそれぞれプライバシーもしっかりしています。
