Nagyon jó ár/érték arányú hotel
Pros:

A szoba nagyon jól átgondolt és felszerelt, egyedül vízforralót vagy kávéfőzőt hiányoltunk. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, a takarítónőnk ( Speranza) is remek munkát végzett. Kérésünkre azonnal biztosítottak külön takarót az alváshoz. A szálloda nagyon szép helyen fekszik, az ételek kiválóak. Kiemelném a felszolgálónkat, Yury-t, aki igazi vendéglátósként, barátként áll a vendégekhez. A recepción, Lucia szintén mindenben rendelkezésre állt. Az ittlétünk nagyon kellemes volt. A medence 100m-re található, a tengerpart mellett, de ez egyáltalán nem okozott kellemetlenséget, szépen karbantartott, élvezhető rész. Amit hiányoltam, hogy a medence bárnál nem lehetett alkoholos italt rendelni.

Pros:

Endroit très bien situé, dommage que le parking soit payant. La piscine est très bien malgré qu’elle soit deporté, cela ne m’a pas gêné. Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer car pas assez de choix et surtout les jus ne sont pas naturels, dommage

Hotel bellissimo, ristorante di qualità eccelsa per la cena. olazione buona. Piscina separata dalla struttura a pochi metri a piedi, molto bella e pulita. Bagni a 5 minuti a piedi

Great and comfortable stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and the location was fantastic. It is quite a long walk to central Cervia but the hotel was close to many restaurants and bars, and just a few hundred meters away from the beach. Breakfast was very decent as well.

Cons:

No real downsides, just for the overall condition of the property the price was on the higher side.

Staff were excellent. Vanessa contacted us a week or so before , and was a great help with questions. Asked for the rooms to be as close as possible and went above and beyond to help.
