We did not like the fact that we were not notified that NO food would be available to us for our stay, we were unable to stay here, so had to leave the accommodation. The staff were in contact with the manager and we were told to apply for a refund, we phoned the number given to us and also sent an email, and to date have not heard from or received a reply to our email.

Not a lot actually….very messy, unkept and uninviting
Dirty. Bar closed.no food. To be fair after seeing dirt and dust everywhere I’m not sure if I would of had food or drink even if it was available as per their posting

Wasn’t till 8.30 normally expect it from 7am
Also very limited choice basically vegetarian or fry up
The room and bathroom were nice and clean, and spacious
No staff appeared to be on site / available at any stage during my stay. No food available at dinner or breakfast
Really pretty room with everything I needed and a freshly cooked breakfast too.
If I were to be super picky I would suggest a mirror above the bathroom sink and some kind of 99p suction tray in the shower but these really are just constructive suggestions.
I love this hotel. It’s got a great vibe. The staff are wonderful. They’re there when you need them, but not intrusive. Beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast is flexible and delicious.

The hotel was beautiful. There was an open fire where we sat and had some drinks. The decor is beautiful everywhere and the layout of the rooms is quirky.
The bed was really uncomfortable. We put a spare quilt on the mattress to try and help but it didn’t.
Lovely comfortable bar and reception but walls to bedrooms paper thin and I could hear conversations in room next door . Only isssue in lovely stay
