Für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, gute Preis/Leistung
Pros:

Empfangsgetränk an der Bar hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauberes Zimmer.
Frühstück ist gut, immer aufgefüllt, leckerer Kaffee.

Cons:

Hotel/Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Eine Auswahl an frischem Obst beim Frühstück fehlt.
Saft besteht aus Wasser/Sirup

Trotz der kleinen Mängel, die ich aufgeführt habe, kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist top, die Auswahl ist ausreichend, von herzhaft bis süß. Es gibt Heiß- und Kaltgetränke, sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück. Am Anreisetag gibt es einen Getränkechip für die Bar, zum Einlösen eines Bieres oder Saftes, ist eine schöne kleine Aufmerksamkeit, haben wir noch nicht in irgendeinem Hotel gehabt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein gehalten, aber okay, man schläft nur da, leider finde ich es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist zwar überall sauber, aber der Teppichboden hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Bei uns im Zimmer war er doch schon sehr abgelaufen, so das bereits Fasern fehlten. Die Wascharmatur hatte braune Flecken, als hätte man mehrfach Ziagretten ausgedrückt, das fande ich nicht so toll.

Pros:

Very good hotel with an excellent price-performance ratio.

The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping.

Breakfast was tasty and convenient, especially for early mornings before Messe.

Great location – close to метро and about 15–20 minutes to Messe, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for short stays and business trips. There is also a nice bar downstairs with a big screen.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would stay here again.

Cons:

The only small downside was that there was no fridge and the mirror was only in the bathroom.

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Ausstattung war zweckmäßig.

Pros:

Das das Hotel ein Parkhaus hat und es Kameraüberwacht ist!
Das Hotel brauch dringend mal eine Renovierung!

Cons:

Die kleinen Betten sind nichts für große Menschen. Ich habe sehr schlecht geschlafen!
Warum stellt man nicht einfach die beiden Betten zusammen? Dann wäre viel mehr Platz zum schlafen, aber so ist das Grütze!
Ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten....sorry

Great value for money
Pros:

For us, the location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was as clean as can be expected at a somewhat dated hotel. There was a bathtub and the water was hot.

Cons:

The spring matrasses are worn out and it would be an amazing improvement if they were swapped out for new ones.

Great hotel overall. Good breakfast, good coffee. Good bar downstairs. They clean the room daily. Good price
Recommend if you have Berlin Welcomecard as tourist. Good public transport options nearby. Area is filled with cafes. Calm and safe area in West-Berlin.
