Finger weg!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Der Weg zum Olympiastadion zu Veranstaltungen ist nicht weit. Die U-Bahn fährt ca 200m entfernt ab und nach 2 Stationen ist man auch schon dort. Das ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Wir haben 207€/Nacht bezahlt.
Was für eine Frechheit.
Das Hotel ist direkt an der Hauptstraße, es ist unglaublich laut, die Fenster sind nicht gedämmt. Ob man jetzt die dreckigen Vorhänge hat oder nicht bringt auch keine Verdunkelung.
Die Parkplätze waren voll, aber in der Nähe haben wir noch kostenfreie gefunden.
Für den Preis pro Nacht erwarte ich tatsächlich dass es rundum sauber ist. Keine plastik Duschwand von vor 30 Jahren und von dem Teppich wollen wir gar nicht erst anfangen. Ich lade gern Bilder hoch. Die Dusche wechselte ständig von heiß auf kalt. Kneipen kann ich auch zu Hause, wenn ich das will.
Es war allgemein sehr dreckig und runtergekommen.
Wenn das Hotel 65€ / Nacht kostet, weiß jeder worauf er sich einlässt, aber nicht bei 207€!!
Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir keins hatten.

Pros:

Великолепное расположение, недалеко от автовокзала, рядом метро и электричка , добраться в центр и обратно без проблем и достаточно удобно, сам номер небольшой но уютный , все чисто и аккуратно, очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, быстрое заселение. Вентилятор в номере, в жару спасает.

Отсутствие кондиционера.

La ubicación estaba bien.

Cons:

La habitación era muy calurosa en esta fecha y no tenía aire acondicionado, solo un pequeño ventilador de mesa. Las camas tienen los colchones muy blandos. Pedimos una cama de matrimonio, y nos pusieron 2 camas individuales juntas. El colchón era muy blando y la almohada era como papel de fumar, tuvimos que poner la colcha doblada para estar un poco más cómodos.

Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr großen ABER im Sommer.
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist gut, hat eine gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, keine Lüftung und keinen Ventilator. Im Sommer ist es wie ein Ofen. Die Fenster können nur gekippt werden, sodass man dadrin kaum atmen kann, wenn es heiß ist.
