Finally an hotel in NY to go back over and over.
Pros:

Clean Air, clean water, no smell of cheap parfume in Hall or on bedsheets. As all hotel should be.

Great location, the team that worked there were incredibly friendly and accommodating. special shout out to Marc on reception who was super a great representative of hospitality.

It's a wonderful hotel with a great location and exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room got upgraded without request. The concierge booked us a reservation a 5-star restaurant. We loved the greenery around the hotel and the decor seemed to have a European vibe.

Hugely overpriced and absolutely not a luxury hotel

the hotel is hugely overpriced. Small rooms not very practical. The closed door was not closing to the internal light was on the all nightThe size of the closed is ridiculous: there was not enough room to hangs my jackets and coats. mineral water is not supplyed: at this price I'm expecting not to drink tap water. Lobby very cahotic and dark.

No nosso primeiro dia no hotel estávamos no saguão esperando um táxi e caiu um pedaço enorme de madeira do teto do hotel bem no local que estávamos sentados com nossos filhos, bateu na ponta do pé de um dos meus filhos e entrou resíduo nos olhos dele, o outro filho tinha acabado de sair bem do local, por pouco não caiu em cima da cabeça dele, o que poderia ter matado ou gerado uma séria lesão permanente. Um sério acidente de segurança e uma grave falha de estrutura do hotel, indicando uma falta de manutenção de uma área comum onde passam várias pessoas por dia.
Depois o hotel fez manutenção em uma parte do teto, mas reparamos várias partes em péssimo estado, inclusive pedaços de madeira com sinais de umidade e mofo e outros desalinhados, demonstrando que não estavam bem incachados. Só não trocamos de hotel, pq era na semana do Natal. Pagamos mais de 1.000,00 dólares pela diária e ficamos morrendo de medo de passar no saguão e cair mais uma madeira na cabeça, além disso os quartos também tem teto de madeira, não conseguia me sentir segura em nenhum momento.
