1 Hotel Central Park

This is an ideal place to stay if you want to experience Broadway while enjoying a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds of Times Square. It's also conveniently located near Central Park.

The glass-enclosed bathroom is a bit unusual, especially if you're sharing the room with a friend, but the shower itself was great! The concierge team are exceptional, especially Lorenzo and Michael, were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was also wonderful. The entire staff was amazing really and added to the warm welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at 1 Hotel Central Park was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely focused on creating a first-class guest experience.

Both my husband and I felt completely at home, and so did our little dog, Mocha. The thoughtful touches for pets, including a bed and toy waiting in the room, were greatly appreciated and made Mocha feel just as welcome as we were. She was relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is outstanding. Being just steps from Central Park allowed us to enjoy multiple walks each day, and returning to the hotel was always a pleasure. Small touches, such as the complimentary water and fresh fruit available near the elevators, were especially appreciated after spending time exploring the city and the park.

A special mention also goes to Jams, the restaurant connected to the hotel. We dined there several times and also met friends and business associates there during our stay. Without exception, everyone commented on the quality of the food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. It became a favorite gathering spot during our visit.

What truly sets 1 Hotel Central Park apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience felt intentional, from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities and outstanding location.

We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already looking forward to our next stay. 1 Hotel Central Park has earned a permanent place on our list whenever we visit New York City.

They were attentive, professional and always approachable. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, which felt welcoming and relaxing. Last weekend, I took a mother, daughter, granddaughter trip to NYC and had the pleasure of staying at 1Hotel Central Park.

When we first arrived, we got a warm welcome from Andrew at the front door. Next we met Chris at the front desk, who had a bumble bee stuffy to give to my granddaughter. When we got to our room, we found a welcome note, along with fruit & cookies from Chester & Lauren in hospitality. After we unpacked, we went downstairs and had a delicious meal at Jams. Who could ask for a better arrival?

We had a wonderful time in the city. Our room had everything we needed and we loved the built-in window seat. This hotel is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable and the staff is warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will stay here again, whenever I’m in town.

Great location. Close to the park, undergoing some construction while they change out the windows, other than that it was fantastic.

Lovely location, easily accessible to Central Park, Madison Avenue shopping, broadway, etc. Excellent staff, one of the most quiet hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Also has a great restaurant.
