Pros:

Próximo ao evento que participei, sempre fico nesse hotel.

Cons:

Pena que fiquei em quarto próximo um vizinho, proprietário, que ficou até madrugada assistindo tv em som alto. Não tem luz adequada no espelho para maquiagem.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa e os funcionários são super atenciosos. Gostei da comodidade em estar próximo ao local do evento em que fui, em um bairro bem tranquilo.

Cons:

Acho que o restaurante/cafeteria fez falta, embora eu tivesse ciência do fato ao escolher o local. Apesar de haver uma Padaria próxima, é bem cômodo fazer a refeição no local, mesmo pagando um pouco a mais.

Pros:

The location was convenient, the staff were pleasant, and the rooms were clean (though curtains could be cleaner and less dusty. Every time I opened or closed I sneezed a lot)

Cons:

The stay was passable, but I would not return or recommend this hotel.
The rooms had an unpleasant smell, air conditioning aimed directly at the beds made sleeping uncomfortable, and the beds were smaller than expected.
The restaurant was closed with no breakfast available, something we were only told at check-in. Travelling with my 64-year-old mother, this mattered, and advance notice would have allowed us to plan. The same applies to the lack of basic in-room amenities: no water, coffee, tea, shampoo, or conditioner which are all standard at this type of property.
