Great stay for family. Would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than i expected. Bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly. They gave us ground floor rooms (near gym!) which was helpful.

Cons:

No kettle or teabags! Can never work coffee machines in hotel rooms abroad. Pls do provide tea. Triple or family room would be helpful. More items at breakfast would bf better.

Great spot!

Cons:

The A/C in the room didn’t work well. After some investigation I found that the rerun filter was plugged up. Very humid in the room because it wasn’t moving air and not cooling.

Wedding weekend - attention to detail - over the top, breakfast selection - delicious, bar area - so many places to meet
Pros:

My son married his beautiful bride this weekend and selected to have a block - what a great decision!!!! The attention to detail was top notch. Great place for family and friends to meet up and gather to celebrate their loved ones - wonderful breakfast and seating (never felt crowded) even with sold out reservations, Kimberly and her team handled so many details -(even when we called so many times). Beds so comfy, room quiet, breakfast - so many choices, bar area and bartenders were so delightful. I would highly recommend this place for your family and friends. We had 23 rooms and we were able to meet up in so many places. Please please go right away to check this place out.

8:30 am wake up call to LOUD music. It was the morning after our wedding and we were exhausted. Last thing we wanted was to hear music BLASTING at 8:30 am.

Nice facility. Beautifully decorated. Perfect location. Rooms not cleaned properly and you may not get what you pay for

The location was great!

Cons:

First, Room was spot cleaned only. Noted multiple strands of hair in mini fridge and along shower curtain and wall. Secondly, my husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. We hooked a king room and was given double beds. I then asked why we were not given what we paid for, we were told they were sold out for the weekend. This is not acceptable, and they did not offer discount or any other accommodations for our inconvenience. The double beds were so small, we could not rest comfortably together. My husband and I slept apart the entire stay 😢
