It was first time there and everything was great...from the location to food to the bed and shower

The room was big with huge windows and it was great!

Cons:

I couldn’t get the AC to cool the room very fast bc of how big the room was with one vent. Maybe just having a box fan in case.

I will not stay here again because of one bad experience.

I didn’t like having a room with no hot water. Someone at the desk should’ve been telling people the hotel had been without hot water since the previous day.

Excellent and convenient
Pros:

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were larger with a ice bathroom. The staff were all very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we loved our attendant/waiter Francisco!!
