La habitación doble era muy pequeña, mobiliario antiguo y en mal estado y mal mantenida, sin relación con las fotografias publicadas, se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones y el aire acondicionado tenía un ruido muy fuerte, en una noche muy fría era dormir con frío o dormir con ruido

Muito boa localização próxima ao Centro Histórico
Pros:

O principal ponto positivo é a localização. A 10 minutos a pé tanto do Centro Histórico de Colonia como da rodoviária. Tem muitos restaurantes e lojinhas perto. O quarto do hotel tem uma cama confortável, bom wifi e tv a cabo.

Cons:

O café da manhã era muito básico. Podiam caprichar um pouquinho mais. O boxe não tinha porta e nem cortina, logo, o banheiro ficava todo molhado na hora do banho.

Atendimento na recepção ótimo, acomodações excelentes e a localização incrível.

Cons:

Fiquei decepcionada com o café da manhã. Achei que seria melhor pelas avaliações que li. Perguntei se poderiam fazer ovos sem presunto (sou vegetariana) e a moça disse que sim. Após 15 minutos questionei os ovos e a moça disse que não iam mais fazer. Esperei à toa. Não tinham muitas coisas vegetarianas. Nem variedades de frutas.

Una estancia muy disfrutable, placentera y desestresante
Pros:

La piscina NO es de agua caliente, por lo tanto no nos pudimos meter. La ubicación es super céntrica, genial, cruzado en diagonal frente a la plaza, y muy cerquita de la puerta de la ciudadela del Sacramento. El desayuno estaba muy bien, leche, café, también frutas y ensalada de frutas, quesos, mermeladas y manteca. Panes caseros y de sandwiche comunes, cada uno se los preparab en una gran tostadora, huevos revueltos, ambiente familiar, todo muy cálido. El servicio personal es muy profesional. Lo recomiendo.

Hotel centrico a pasos de todo
Pros:

La ubicación bien céntrica y a pasos de la ciudad vieja

Cons:

Debido a la alta concurrencia de huéspedes el salón para desayunar quedaba chico. El hotel debería consultar horario de desayuno que prefiero el huésped para no superponerse con otros, en mi caso debí esperar un poco.
