Tout a été parfait. L’hôtel est très tranquille même en plein centre. Très bien situé il permet de découvrir le centre de Vichy. Ne changez rien !

Excelente ubicación, hotel moderno. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Cerca de las sources thermales Celestines y otros puntos de interés.

Cerca de la estación del tren.
Es mi segunda vez en este hotel. Me hubiese gustado que la habitación tuviera caja fuerte y una neverita.

Seuls bémols : l'employée à l'accueil pas accueillante du tout, et la chambre donnant sur la route très bruyante la nuit

Hotel avec chambres rénovées et climatisées , salles de bains avec douches de tailles correctes avec un petit plus le sèche-cheveux fourni. Petit déjeuner copieux et si vous le souhaitez il y a même un restaurant pour dîner ou souper.

Thé de qualité mais serait préférable en sachets plutôt qu'en vrac.

Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)
