Hotel delizioso, assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

L'hotel è delizioso, sia per le camere in pefetto stile cave e sia per gli ambienti comuni: oltre alla terrazza panoramica principale, sono disponibili altre aree di relax attrezzate con divani e sedute varie.

Pros:

We arrived early in the morning following an overnight bus and we were able to use the facilities to freshen up.
The hotel breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choice and we could eat on the terrace. The rooftop was one of the highest in town which we really appreciated especially to enjoy the balloon sunrise.
The fairy chimney room was really special with its own balcony and window and made the stay really memorable.
Staff were also very friendly and helpful, ordering us a taxi to visit a nearby town and a shuttle to the airport. Thank you!

Pros:

ホテルは高台に位置していて街から少し外れて静かですし、見晴らしもとても良かったです。360度Viewが楽しめる屋上のテラスからは早朝の気球も楽しめます。ローズバレーも見渡せました。朝食は私が大好きなチーズやオリーブなどローカルな朝ごはんが楽しめました。とても美味しかったです。泊まったお部屋にはテラスがついていて、気球鑑賞するのとは反対側の山の景色とウチヒサール城が見えました。朝食会場にあるテラスもこちら側の景色が楽しめます。喧騒の街までは坂を下って5-10分ほどで簡単にたどり着けます。
そして、スタッフの皆さんがとても素晴らしかったです。日本で言うおもてなしの心を感じました。予約したときにすぐにメッセージをくださりお手頃な空港シェアシャトルを手配してくださいました。そのため、私たちの少し早めの到着時間も把握し、前のお客様のチェックアウトとのタイミングを見て清掃を完了させ、到着してすぐにお部屋を使わせてくださいました。疲れていたのでとてもありがたかったです。また、到着後に気球の予約もお願いしたのですが、こちらの質問も真摯に受け止めて先方に確認や交渉をしてくださったりと、とても素敵な対応をしてくださいました。
本当におすすめできるホテルです。

Beautiful rooftop view, great location, wonderful stay.
Pros:

Love the rooftop settings and view. The rooms are spacious. Great breakfast options.

Cons:

Just outside our room there’s no roof cover above. When it rained we got a bit wet coming in and out.
