Our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia was disappointing overall.
Pros:

The positive points were that the staff helped us arrange our rental car quickly and made it easy to book our hot air balloon tour.

Cons:

However, the hotel seemed to be unfinished, with poor road access, ongoing construction, and very little lighting around the property. The room also had almost no ventilation, so it smelled damp and stuffy throughout our stay. The service was quite inflexible. I am gluten intolerant, but there were almost no gluten-free breakfast options. The only thing I could eat was an omelet, and on the second day I was told I had to pay extra for it, even though breakfast was included, I was even told that they couldn’t heat up a glass of milk and that only cold milk was available, which I found very unreasonable. Also the scheduled time for breakfast is very short(9-10). Our room was also not cleaned after the first night.

Très bel hôtel et merci au personnel!
Pros:

L’emplacement avec une vue magnifique. Le drap tendu au dessus du lit pour éviter de recevoir des petits bouts de plafonds (ce que nous avons pu avoir dans d’autres hôtels).
La réactivité du personnel et leur gentillesse. Nous avons eu une personne malade et ils ont été prévenant et réactif, merci à eux.

Cons:

La baignoire-spa n’était pas très propre et seulement 1h pour prendre le petit déjeuner. C’est très court et ne nous laisse pas beaucoup de marge.

Un hotel cueva agradable
Pros:

El hotel en si es muy bonito, limpio, gran vista a los globos en las mañanas desde la terraza. Es un poco retirado del centro de goreme aunque al lado hay almacenes de artesanías y uno que otro restaurante. Hay que subir por un caminito de piedras que no es muy apto para gente mayor o con algún problema de movilidad.
Limpio, cómodo, camas muy buenas y desayuno bien

Que me pareció un poco alejado de goreme, debíamos tomar taxi para ir a la ciudad principal

Une vue imprenable
Pros:

Hôtel avec une superbe vue !! Attention, elle se mérite. Il faudra donc grimper "quelques" marches pour y accéder, mais pas de panique pour les moteurisés, il y a un accès à par la route. L'hôtel est situé sur le flan de falaise. La vue est imprenable sur les différentes vallées. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir des ballons, mais je n'ai aucun doute sur le fait que vous puissiez les admirer depuis les terrasses. Vous pourrez également accéder facilement à pas mal de randonnées (zelve, rose et red vallée). Un beau couché de soleil sur l'église juste au dessus de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est extra. Le personnel de l'hôtel adorable. Notre chambre propre ! Si vous avez choisi la ville de Cavusin pour votre séjour, je recommande !

Cons:

La proximité de notre chambre avec les autres chambres. (on peut entendre les voisins lorsqu'ils sont dehors). Mais c'est un détail.

otelin konumu çok güzel manzarası harika çalışnlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımcı, yalnız yaz aylarında otelin kliması olmadığından odalar biraz sıcak gece geç saatte serinleyince rahatlıyor. bunun dışında kahvaltı servisi oldukça iyi çeşitli ve lezzetli.

Welcoming and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was positioned high up on the street, which meant we had the privilege of waking up to such amazing views. Ceren, the receptionist was also so helpful! She helped organise our itinerary for the 2 day stay, organised a rental car and ATV trip. Honestly, she made us feel so welcome.
