Bad check in experience
Pros:

Worsed check in experience. Rude and not guest friendly. Thank you but no more Glad Hotel in my itinerary.

Decent hotel if you need to be near the National Assembly
Pros:

Room was comfortable and there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

Cons:

If you want to check in before 3PM, you need to pay extra even if the room is ready. I found this strange and the front counter was asking me to pay. I left my bag and went to meetings instead. Staff was not that friendly or helpful.

저는 최근 귀 호텔에 숙박을 예약해드린 고객의 지인입니다. 예약 및 결제를 제가 대신 진행하였으며, 실제 숙박은 제 지인이 이용하였습니다.

그런데 숙박 후, 해당 지인이 개인 물품을 객실에 두고 나온 상황이 발생해 제가 호텔 측에 전화를 드렸으나, “숙박한本人이 직접 연락해야 한다”는 이유로 일절 협조가 이루어지지 않았습니다.

귀하의 정책상 숙박자本人 확인이 필요한 것은 이해합니다. 그러나 제가 예약자이며, 필요한 정보(예약 번호, 숙박자 성함, 숙박일 등)는 모두 확인해드릴 수 있는 상황에서, 최소한 분실물 확인이나 보관 여부 정도는 안내해줄 수 있는 부분이었다고 생각합니다.

융통성 없는 태도와 불편한 응대로 인해 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 호텔이라는 서비스 업장에서 고객의 요청에 대한 최소한의 공감이나 안내가 부족하다는 인상을 받았습니다.

앞으로는 보다 유연하고 고객 중심적인 응대가 이루어지기를 바랍니다.
