Bad check in experience
Pros:

Worsed check in experience. Rude and not guest friendly. Thank you but no more Glad Hotel in my itinerary.

Decent hotel if you need to be near the National Assembly
Pros:

Room was comfortable and there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

Cons:

If you want to check in before 3PM, you need to pay extra even if the room is ready. I found this strange and the front counter was asking me to pay. I left my bag and went to meetings instead. Staff was not that friendly or helpful.
