It’s in a good spot and clean and safe. We stopped on our way to the islands. Would choose it again next time we pass through.
Nice walk along the beach and big shopping centres to explore.
When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready so instead of being made to wait, we were upgraded to a suite. It was fabulous.
Decade Hotel, Not Feel Good.
Atenciin buena. Limpieza excelente
Very Good cleaning. Nice and clean pool. Near sea .

Its a very good hotel. Nice staff. Exelent breakfast. Also a good location, but because of roadwork, very hard to get there. But it going to improve
Chinesisches Hotel... Bis zum Serendipty Pier sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Für eine Übernachtung gut. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein tolles Buffet. Sihanoukville ist leider eine grosse, stinkende Baustelle.
Aside from the reception, all other staff speaks literally ZERO English. Not even words such as milk or sugar. They are unappologetic about this and sometimes even walk away from you and refuse to use a phone translator! The room I booked was a non-smoking room but had a a smoke smell. Smoke smell is present even in the restaurant on 8th floor. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel. The hotel is completely adapted to Chinese tourists, including all labels and food choices. Don't book if you're not Chinese.
I was disappointed by this hotel. On our two week trip we’ve stayed in many 3 star hotels in Cambodia and Vietnam. This was by far the worst and also by far the most expensive. Not worth the money unfortunately. The staff were not attentive, the bathroom was a it of a nightmare. It was a very small tube shape and the shower door didn’t close so water would spray out everywhere. If you’re lucky enough to get a room on ocean side the view from the balcony is nice. The location is good. The breakfast is good. The beds weren’t terrible but again the bathroom really distracted from the rest of the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price.
Dated and tired Hotel in a convenient area. Hard beds, language barrier with staff, building works and loud music all around. Would not price this at $75 a night. Very shabby. Basic breakfast. Do not recommend.
I enjoyed my stay here. Nice spacious and well designed room on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the sea and islands. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the beach. Nice breakfast for both Western and Asian tastes. The only problem I found was a slow lift and NO LAUNDRY SERVICE. Why do they put a laundry basket in the room with no laundry service?
Good hotel in an excellent location, right next to the main pier.
sewerage runinng outside of front of hotel, the noise from beach parties started about 9.00 p.m. untill 5.00.a.m., then the builders sarted work at 7.00. a.m. beds were very hard, breakfast was very basic, taxi took 4 hrs from airport, would not stay there again.
Hotel staff polite and courteous, though all new and appeared to be teenagers. Hotel surrounds sterile and unfinished in places. Room overlooked beach (side view) and directly into neighbouring hotel rooms. Not pleasant. Food very basic and western. No local dishes. Distinctly Chinese feel. Overall, 3/5.
Contrary to some other reviews, I found the front desk staff (including the manager) to be very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a good location (for Serendipity beach), only a 2 min walk to the beach (which is rather disgusting with so much trash), surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and small shops. I stayed on the 4th floor and my room was quiet throughout the night, though the first room I was shown to was right next to the elevator and I could tell it was going to be noisy, so I requested a different room and the manager obliged. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in during my 3 month tour of SE Asia. Breakfast buffet was simple but decent. Wifi was horrible - very intermittent and whenever it was working, it was painfully slow. Overall, I had an OK experience, but likely won't stay again as there are many other nice hotels a bit further back from the beach that are much more competitively priced.
New hotel, poor finishes, leakin shower and toilet. Staff inexperienced and not so helpful. Close to beach and bars at serendipity beach.
